you speak really confidently about the movement for palestine globally and what kind of behavior is acceptable in these organizing spaces while knowing so little about these movements in other countries, which is ironic considering how often you post about people misrepresenting political organizing in israel.

in my own experience, jewish people have been disproportionately involved in campaigning for an end to the war and criticizing what they see as israel’s genocidal policies towards palestinians, and antisemites and fascists know that they are not welcome in those spaces because of how many queer, black, jewish, and disabled activists are central to palestine organizing in my own city. you present an extremely skewed perspective on who is protesting for palestine in other countries and why, erasing the agency of jewish people in other parts of the world and their own perspectives on what israel has been doing for the last 15 months

My confidence comes from talking and hearing other diaspora jews on this app speaking of their experience in these spaces. Almost all feel unwelcomed.

I think it’s hard to miss the bigotry when you're not the one on the receiving end. And I also think you might be unaware of those antisemites in your groups. Not to mention, queer, black, and disabled people can (and are! As has been proven in the past year and a half) antisemitic. I also think that the jews in the group might get “nicer” treatment bc they're sort of the “token jews” iykwim.

But you're completely right--I am not a diaspora Jew and so can’t speak from experience, and thats a really good point.
