Fuck you. Fuck you and your stupid humour that made me laugh no matter what. Fuck you and your lopsided smile- and the way it warmed me up inside, even after 9pm and the sun had gone down. Fuck the fact that you came into my life like a hurricane and fuck the fact I didn’t run for shelter. Fuck the idea that you were my summer, even though I now know you’re cold as ice. Fuck the freezing swims and my favourite butterfly towel I let you use. Fuck Starbucks for dinner and sunsets. Fuck lost frisbees and your warm presence amidst the mosquitos and black berry thorns. Fuck that you said you loved my writing and you preferred my hair short; just like me. Fuck all these fucking memories that I didn’t realize I had with you. Fuck the fact that you went away for 2 weeks, fucked a girl and haven’t spoken to me since. Fuck the fact I care. Fuck reality that if you called me right now, I’d pick up. Fuck you and your ability to make me feel stupid and special, all at the same time. Fuck you for playing with me feelings. Fuck your flaws- and me for falling for them. And fuck your flaws- for making me lose you.  A big fat fuck you.
