I bought something from Spamton in ch2 and it turned into S. POISON and every time I screenshare myself playing Deltarune, I always have someone ask me "WHERE DID YOU GET THAT POISON?? WHY DO YOU HAVE THAT??" I refuse to get rid of it. It's staying with me. All the way to the final chapter.

I'm going to get to a point where I'm going to keep losing to a fight that I for sure will win if I had just ONE MORE HEALING ITEM. And Kris is going to look at me and my poison with nothing but death in their eyes.

Hey there, Suikoden fans!

For several years I’ve had an interest in spriting and pixel art. Suikoden II was the first Suikoden game I’d played, and after I had fallen in love with the story, sound and aesthetic of the game, I used its assets to take my first forray into the spriting world. I studied the style and began by making edits and combining parts of different character sprites – leading me to create a few characters for random projects for my pals back in the day.

Around the same time I began a different project. Working off and on for about three years– Inspired by the many cameos in Gregminster when playing Suikoden II– I would recreate the first Suikoden’s cast in Suikoden II’s character sprite style. Almost a year ago I posted the finished product here on Tumblr.

Suikoden II’s style is my favorite to work with and I feel I’ve done some pretty nice work. The main point of this post is to gauge the interest of the Suikoden fanbase. Does anyone have any need for character sprites in Suikoden’s style? I’d prefer to consider these commissions and would create a later post with pricing information. Not just static sprites, mind you. I’d be down to do some animations.

Summary: Between babysitting, caring for an injured stray, working a new part time job AND going to school, Yuri finds that his life is pretty busy nowadays. It doesn't help that Flynn keeps fussing at him for putting too much on his plate (which he's NOT, mind you) and taking on the world alone. Yuri knows what he's capable of, and yeah, maybe he's a bit busier than he used to be but if he didn't take on these tasks, then who would? But it's when the new girl with the pink hair suddenly transfers to his school that things start to get strange. And then Yuri finds that his destiny has taken a REALLY weird turn. And the last thing he needed was Flynn to find out so he could say "I told you so." (Basically a Magical Boy/Girl AU origin story!)
