Safe trip back. Pay attention in class and don’t forget to eat. If something happens, I should be the first one you call. Got it?

Fadel deserves love. He deserved the chance to get to leave and make a life with his ex, but the chance was taken away. He deserves this second chance with Style. Style knows everything about him and still loves him, still chooses him... and Style is now everything to Fadel.
But Fadel is never going to trust that Style will be safe until Lily is taken care of. He tells Style to leave and of course Style doesn’t because Style made the right choice with Fadel. Style will stay by Fadel’s side and fight together until the job is done and make a life with him after it’s done.
Fadel deserves that and more.

style: my heart hurts more than getting shot
fadel, immediately after admitting out loud that he's visiting style in secret even though it's a direct danger to both of their lives just because he missed style so much he couldn't stay away. from style. who recently threatened to keep walking into the ocean until they got back together: the fuck. that's so dramatic

The scene at end of the episode between Fadel and Style honestly made me teary eyed cause you can see Fadel completely breaking down, his heart bleeding, but Style put him back together.
Fadel, always analytical and level-headed, always in control - the big brother - was at a loss for the first time and was looking at Style with so much fragility, so much vulnerability, in his eyes that Fadel himself probably never would have thought himself capable of. He was looking at him like a ship lost at sea looks for the saving glow of a lighthouse, silently begging Style to hold him gently, to be the silver lining that would lead him out of the darkness.
And Style does. Style tells him don't you dare take the blame for these wounds, you're not the one who inflicted them. Don't you dare take this guilt upon yourself, this burden is not yours to carry. And don't you dare think of yourself as unlovable and undeserving, because you've a right to love as much as anyone else. I chose you and I chose the right man.
Style is Fadel's 100%, and they're both the right man for each other.

Listen to me. We need to pull ourselves together if we want to deal with someone like her. We need plans. She raised us. She knows how we think, what we'd do. So you need to calm down.

asldfKJSLDLDFJ Joong your comedic timing is ✨ PERFECTION ✨
no but actually I have SO much sympathy for Fadel because, unlike Bison who's boyfriend does actually have some experience being on the other side of the law, Fadel has to deal a full blown civilian insisting on throwing himself into danger whilst knowing that he absolutely cannot stop him because he bloody loves him too much to make him upset like this again it's just... it's SO GOOD!!!

but has fadel ever looked so vulnerable before?
I don't think he even could, not in front of his brother, especially not in front of the "mother"
the fact he can, now, the fact he can cry and let himself be held, oh, style not only changed him, style built a safe place just for fadel. In his arms.

Fadel begs Style to leave because its the only way Fadel can think to save him. Fadel begs Style to leave because Fadel already knows that he doesn't have the strength to leave Style himself. Fadel begs Style to leave because the thought of losing Style the way he lost his ex is more terrifying than any other fear Fadel has ever known.
Fadel begs, voice cracking and broken with the agony of asking for something he does not truly want, because loving Style means wanting him to live a full and happy life; which Fadel understands now with painful clarity, can only be Style's if Style walks away from the destruction that comes with mere proximity to Fadel.
And Fadel has seen for himself the fullness of Style's life: he has witnessed Style's relationship with a father who he loves and who loves him in return, has observed Style functioning in a job he actively enjoys and finds fulfilment in, and has even felt the effects of the good relationships Style has with many people in his community. He even knows that Style has the luxury to choose not to date hot mechanics his dad sets him up with because Style is confident in his ability to catch someone's attention elsewhere whenever he wants. Style's life is incredibly stable and rich with opportunities for happiness, and he doesn't need Fadel for any of that.
But Style doesn't need or want this kind of sacrifice, even if it is born out of Fadel's love for him, because Style already made his choice as he pressed kisses to Fadel's skin in his bed; all while already knowing that the person he was holding in his arms was someone who deals with death. To Style, the risk to his own life is worthwhile price to pay (and has been the entire time Fadel held the threat of death over Style's head), for the privilege of being by Fadel's side.
Because what Style wants, with straightforward and ferocious desire, is merely Fadel himself.

I don’t want to have any expectations just to be disappointed. I never thought… that he’d be dead because of me. If only I didn’t want to quit my job, if only I didn’t get close to him… He’d still be alive. It wasn’t your fault. Lilly was the one who had him killed. It was her fault. Don’t blame yourself. You had the full right to love and to want a future with him.
