*Notice that this isn’t about which book has your favorite LI ever, but rather which one had a choice that was so obvious for you, it wasn’t even a choice. Maybe you thought most of the LI choices were ass and there was only one which was acceptable in comparison. Maybe MC is canonically torn over who to pick and you’re sitting there knowing it’s the most obvious choice in the world. Point is, you had your eyes on the prize from the get-go and didn’t struggle for a second.

While making the most of my "weekend in bed", I just finished Rivals with Benefits and I have a lot of things to say about it:
1. It's no surprise that Roommates with Benefits is, for some reason I can't explain, "my favorite trash book" (the book is awful but I enjoyed it). Well, Rivals with Benefits seems to be written by a whole different team, because the plot, the story, the characters are so, so, SO much better! They seriously made an improvement and I wouldn't dare to treat this story as a "trash book" at all!
2. The MC... my poor girl, I wanted to hug her during the whole book.
3. I genuinely hated Dahlia and MC's dad (and I'm not that sure I believe in their apologies to MC).
4. The whole idea of them learning to live together, getting along since the very first moment despite of the competition, creating bonds and realizing they were stronger together was nice, reading a story with no real "bitchy" characters felt good.
5. The fact they didn't say ILY in the final chapter left me 😱😱😱... I don't remember this happening in any other book!

Funny thing is that eggs the cost of living is crazy expensive all over the world right now (yup, inflation is a thing in case you didn't know it), not only in the US, and we all are part of a global economy, so guess what? Your decision not only affects you, but people all over the world
What’s also crazy is that the losses likely probably came from people whose only political view is that eggs are two expensive and they voted for a guy whose explicit economic plan is to intentionally cause a major depression

Well, if that's the case, don't worry... we kind of do that all the time, too lol
It has really caught my attention the fact that people in the US can actually take photos of their votes and upload them to social media... you can't do that here, it's considered a crime/offence, as it's assumed you may have been bribed to vote for a certain candidate! You won't go to jail though, you'd only get a fine.

Just got a front row ticket to see Kylie Minogue next year... nothing can ruin my week now!

As the owner of a brachicephalic (=flat-faced) dog, the scene at the dog park makes no sense at all... they could have actually killed our poor dog!! They just can't exercise that much!! 😂
