My randomly typed fantasy species

A Phoenix Harpy regenerates when mortally wounded, an average harpy can regenerate only 6 times, and some wounds stop the process from occurring, while a rare condition leaves some immortal, regenerating indefinitely.

Some outsiders envy this immortality, but in the ancient tongue of the phoenix, Chari, the word immortal is the same word as hell

A phoenix can transfer these “lives” to a Fatally wounded individual, this would save the individual at the cost of one of the phoenix’s lives. In the case of an immortal Harpy this would greatly reduce their strength, leaving them weakened for some time, relative to the extent of wounds healed, a minor cut will make them weak at the knees for a few moments before they regain full strength, a broken bone or severe laceration would leave them with trouble flying for a day, healing an individual near death would leave them bedridden for a week. While this is the confirmed extent of this ability, there are ancient stories of an immortal harpy bringing back a deceased individual, but these are unsubstantiated and come from a time before the reliable ability to tell if an individual is truly deceased or just on the edge of it.

Unfortunately, the feathers and abilities of the phoenix make them a subject of poaching and exploitation, and they have been declared officially extinct for 50 years. Unofficially there is one remaining phoenix harpy, but each time this individual has been reported to have been spotted the individual has flown away. Though it is noted each time the individual has flown away, it has been seen that they fly faster than any harpy species known. 

Malleables are an odd lot, they are organisms with completely different biological processes than all other life. They absorb processed materials as “food” but it should be noted that they can live for an undetermined amount of time without absorbing any, just surviving off the plastic they themselves excrete. They are entirely composed of a plastic polymer with adaptive form and function to fit the needs of the individual, this polymer is able to complete several complex reactions to purify, clean, and dissolve organic and non organic materials. As such the small amount of secreted polymer is highly valued by industries, scientists, and criminals. The third group often acquire the polymer in less than savory ways, i won’t dive too deep into details, but needless to say, malleables are one of the most commonly enslaved races known. 

  In terms of employment they are hired to help clean pollution, they would do that even without being paid but city councils decided that they deserve compensation for their work. As they require absorbing plastic to grow, they can be found in areas of pollution, which has given them a somewhat dirty reputation. This reputation is entirely undeserved, as they recycle large amounts of this waste into refined, usable, and valuable polymer.

I have a story prompt for a Humans Are Space Orcs Story what if humans traveled out into the universe, and realized that they were the first species to do so and instead of despairing, they developed an organism that would transform the most deadly planet into prime primordial soup, giving life more chances to develop then they went into a deep sleep, leaving a family to stay to watch, waiting for life to develop I have a lot of trouble putting my ideas in actual stories, so I just wanted to share one of mine with someone who can put it to good use sorry if you find this invasive, I've never done anything like this before

It's not invasive at all, thank you for the suggestion, i've been trying to do something with it and nothing seems to be really working. Not sure if it's a prompt I can make work or not. I will keep it tagged and let it cook in the brain for a while and see if something pops out at some point though.
