I don’t think I have any followers here so I’m just gonna spew my thoughts out here but like. Idk it’s so disheartening to be 20 years old and seeing art that is vastly better then mine made by people younger then me and it looks like I haven’t improved at all since I was 15
Its not even for a lack of effort either because I’ve tried desperately to get better too it’s just. I don’t know I guess some things aren’t for me.
I’ve already deleted all my other art accounts and I’m working on clearing out my folders of art and getting rid of my programs. Idk why I’m even bothering writing this probably just to get my thoughts out so I’m not stewing in them. I guess it makes this whole “I’m quitting art bc I haven’t improved since I was a child and I’m an adult now and it’s genuinely just sad to see and embarrassing to look at” thing feel. More real and formal I guess
