✨💫Two years, one day apart.💫✨ On the left, we had just left the gym where I had completed a 30 minute circuit course, an hour of water aerobics in the pool and was going home to a snack of sugar free fat free pudding and frustration that my body hurt and the scale wouldn't move.😪😩😓 On paper, by Weight Watchers standards, I was meeting all the metrics that before helped me lose 100 pounds. This time, I had hit a wall of highest proportions and it was shortly after this when I had to face a decision of surgical assisted weight loss or ...uh, was there any other decision? One random stab in the dark to try fasting with a low carb to assist with #painmanagement and #lifewitharthritis that things turned around and the weight came off. 💥💥 Now, here I am confident that I will actually finish this weight loss journey and reach a #healthybmi! 🧚That experience was a reaffirmation to be mindful of hard and fast opinions.
