People come follow me! I'm funny sometimes....when I'm sitting on the kitchen counter eating condensed milk from the can....dancing...whilst watching Harry Potter...

I wrote this earlier this year when I was at a low point....it does get better.  I only desire to show what it can be like to live with self-hatred, but it really does get easier with time.

It is the colour of the darkest night and the fears that live within. It is the colour of your scream as your lungs begin to feel they can take no more. It is the colour of your tears as your heart breaks and your dreams shatter. It is not the colour of happy or of serenity; that comes later. It is however, the colours of despair, anger, anxiety, depression as you ride your own personal rollercoaster, dipping and rising like the tides of your emotions – you are the waves on the beach: one moment calm, gentle and peaceful and the next you are drowning everything around you in a ceaseless battlement of strength.

Occasionally you will win the fight that rages in your head, sometimes you will lose. Often, you find yourself detaching from the world around you in what doctors and psychologists will call ‘disassociation’ – going to your happy place.
