Just got my covid vaccine and have to be monitored for 30 minutes - Finally some peace and quiet to get stuck into TSON to get my IC fix! @rhysand-vs-fenrys

prediction time: we will get the novella centered around the nessian mating ceremony and have multiple pov, but with nessian at the core similar to acofas. now we were told in acosf that gwyn had agreed to leave the library to attend the ceremony for nesta. how much do you want to bet that we will get the awkward moment of elain noticing gwyn is wearing the necklace azriel gifted her? i am so here for both women to give him shit so his book starts out having them both mad at him lol +anon

I am down for it to start with both of them mad at him, 100 percent. 

But ya know what I think, I think that Elain’s reaction isn’t going to be anger, I think it’s going to be “omfg, I dodged a bullet.” 

Cuz can you imagine, if you gave a guy a gift back, and then you see it on another girl that he knows, what the fuck? Not only what the fuck, but that poor woman. She has no idea. But definitely, I’d be thinking “thank frick that I returned it because that is a dick move”.

At least he gave it to Gwyn anonymously so she doesn’t know to be angry and it won’t feel like a crappy move (though we’ll know it is). But it would be.... a moment, when Elain goes up to her and asks where she got it from. 

Elain: “That’s a lovely necklace, can I ask where you got it?”

Gwyn: “Oh, it was a gift.”

Elain: “Really? From whom?”

Gwyn: “I’m not sure! It’s lovely though, isn’t it?”

Elain: “It is beautiful. And it suits you!”

Then Elain goes to Az and just *subtly* prods him about the necklace, maybe something about how lovely Gwyn looks for nessian’s mating ceremony. And he knows what she’s saying, she doesn’t have to accuse him outright, but he knows that Elain knows, and he knows that she’ll tell Gwyn if he doesn’t, and that he really needs to be more thoughtful in his gift-giving in the future. And that he is never going to live this down with Elain.

Ever since my... how to say... nervous breakdown a couple years ago (apparently THAT’S what it was, which still feels weird to say) I’ve been in a bit of a fog, but when I’m able to get myself to really focus and hunker down I have near perfect recall. 

Plus I’ve had to go back through and look at different things for fics.

And for more complex questions, I have the e-books (and physical books, and audio books) for every Maas thing. So I can just pull up the e-book on my desktop and do a search through the entire novel for phrases or words to verify things.

And I’m pretty sure @court-0f-dreamers was the one who started all those rumors about me being Maas ;)  Sadly, I don’t even have 1/4 the talent Maas has in one finger. I love her writing so much ^_^

Here is my Starfall 2.0 illustration. One of my first digital illustrations back when I got my tablet in 2018 was a Rhysand and Feyre scene in ACOMAF, and a lot of people liked it, so I decided to redo it and see my improvement as an artist. Since I had a love-hate relationship with the old one, I decided to do some changes on it, specially with Rhysand, since I didn’t like anything I did to him, and add Feyre some jewlery and a different dress. My idea was to keep the essence but without doing a literal copy of the other version. Hope you like it even with the changes! 🥰⠀
