One year update, decided to add gold to the background

If it wasn’t obvious by the first 10 seconds of knowing me, you’ll know how much I truly adore the Zelda franchise. Ever since I was maybe 4 years old and first played Majora’s Mask, I’ve solved puzzles, discovered secrets, defeated large bosses, become mesmerized by the music and cast of characters in the franchises outstanding set of worlds and locations.

This mural and the 15 hours of work that went into it represent just how much The Legend of Zelda has influenced my passion for music, writing, exploring, art, and the need to overcome any obstacle. Thank you, Nintendo, for the endless number of times your masterpiece has made me smile, laugh, and cry.

Can we please stop associating being a good person with how much you're willing to suffer in silence for other people? You can be a kind person and still say "no, I don't have the time/energy to help you with that." You can be a kind person and still say "this makes me uncomfortable, please stop." You can be a kind person and still say "I disagree and here's why." You can be kind and still say "I'm not okay with this." Being kind is about treating people with kindness and respect, not about being the human equivalent of a doormat!
