Both agreed.
For H&M it was a way to move the conversation onto the reconciliation and humanitarian Harry narrative (after the meeting his PR has been full of: H wants the drama to stop, he now want to focus on his patronages, Invictus, he wants to do good, no more interviews etc., aka Hero Harry) so people can focus on that instead of the failure As ever has represented and now the leak that Netflix won’t renew their contract. They want other companies or brands to believe that they might get access to the RF again and that might help them to make some money.
For Charles was a way to make people believe that he is open to conversation and he is being flexible with his son and is trying to understand him. For all those years, the narrative that paints him as a complete villain who didn’t protect Diana, who could have avoided her tragedy, who could have provided protection (he did but Diana refused but not everybody is aware of such details) has become the truth, so he doesn’t want to make the same mistake again (PR wise). Others believe that maybe Charles also told them something important and making the meeting public was a way to show the people that they met and they told them some stuff if the Suxs want to deny it or lie about it.
Agreed. I think it helps both. Charlotte has been covering the same talking points as justification for the meeting, and her reasoning (and language) makes me think she was briefed by both parties.

Send me your asks with who you think did it (calling the paps on the peace summit) and WHY? Also, what do you think Harry and Meghan are after, and what Charles hopes to achieve from the summit?

NatashaAArcher is the IG handle for the account the anon reviewed. Her husband Chris Jackson is following that account which leads me to believe it’s her
Tumblr media
Thank you. That's the one I see that's new also. But there's nothing on there yet. So I'm guessing it's been cleaned up and readied for her new business.

I've seen some sites, like Tatler, saying that her Instagram handle is just natashaarcher, but when you look that up it redirects to natashaaarcher (so spacing it out would be Natasha A Archer). As of me writing this, she has almost 2,900 followers and is following 319 people, no posts yet.
I found this one but it's private: https://www.instagram.com/natashaarcherjackson/?hl=en This one is public but no posts yet. I'm guessing this is where she will promote her upcoming business: https://www.instagram.com/natashaaarcher/?hl=en
I would think the first one is the one where people who followed her saw her following "Meghan" people. I didn't follow her, so I don't know what is true.
If anyone did or does follow her and her social media activity in general, what your thoughts about Natasha Archer and this "scandal"? If it's true that she used to follow a lot of people who are pro Meghan and anti Catherine (and not just neutral folks who happen to run in circles that are both royal and hollywood, like Nacho Figueras or Mischa Nonoo, why would she do that, and why would Catherine be okay with it? Something doesn't add up for me.

I was someone that sent you a response about Natasha's Instagram account, while I had it open I was scrolling through the accounts she was following, to see if she she was still following any of the accounts listed. The only account that really has anything to do with Meghan is Abigail Spencer. She follows a lot of celebrities, fashion brands, and some media outlets (ex. getty images and Tatler), but no fan accounts for either Catherine or Meghan, and certainly not the entirety of Meghan's "circle." And if she was, as it has been claimed, she is not anymore. So, she either was not following them in the first place and some content with a questionable source was put together, or she went through and unfollowed all those accounts.
Personally, I think something is super fishy.
Apparently she unfollowed most accounts that would raise eyebrows, but I haven't seen the account for I don't know for sure. Could you please send the acocunt name as an ask? I don't know the account so its hard for me to participate in the discussion without looking at it first. Thanks.

Natasha left her position as Catherine’s unofficial stylist and private assistant, because she is going to start her own business (styling consultant or something like that). Foolishly she used her private IG account for his business (like seriously, who does that, you just need a new account, it’s a basic step) and made it public.
Then the squad and that account called RFP (who is a Catherine hater) started scrolling on her followers and they noticed that she was following RFP, Gary Jannetti (yeah that idiot who made the Prince George cartoon and painted him as a gay boy, Catherine as an alcoholic, W as an useless idiot, etc) and a lot of people in Mm’s circle (her make up crying artist, that Archwell woman (Mandana)) and a lot of other stupid haters accounts. Then RFP started her conspiracies saying that at times Natasha asked her to promote more Catherine’s fashion and that she has a lot of KP staff talking to her.
Then the squad just had the best excuse to continue their narrative that K copies MM’s style and Natasha following all of them is prove of that.
Anyway, people are pissed with her and she has been unfollowing accounts since yesterday (which she could have done it before the mess or just start a new account)
Thank you. I read about the drama. I don't know what the account is though. Could you or someone else share the handle please?

Wrote a little about my experience as a professional reader so far. Would love to hear about your experiences as a professional reader - what did you learn or discover while doing professional readings that you hadn't realised when you were doing collective readings, or readings for yourself, or friends and family? Let me know! @mysteriouslytransparentwitch Anyone else who does readings professionally? Feel free to jump in.
What I've learned so far as a professonal tarot and oracle reader
I’ve been reading tarot and oracle cards for 7 years now, but I’ve only been offering readings professionally for the past 3 months - mostly on another social media channel. (Of course, Tumblr folks get first dibs on all my discounts and new launches!)
One of the biggest things I’ve learned is that tarot and oracle reading is both time-consuming and emotionally tiring, but also deeply fulfilling. I’ve also come to realise just how much I love tarot and oracle decks as pieces of channelled art. It’s such a joy to interact with someone’s creative work and intuit another person’s story through the cards.
There are some teething problems, but that’s totally expected. For instance, I sometimes get clients who are in a really dark or anxious place. That makes sense - most people turn to spirit guidance when things aren’t going well. In those moments, it’s tough when the cards don’t show what we were hoping for. I’m still learning how to stay true to the message of the cards while also being mindful of the client’s emotional well-being.
That’s one of the reasons I lean more towards guidance-based readings rather than pure future forecasts. I’ve found they’re usually far more helpful. For one, fortune-telling isn’t always accurate. And two, when the message is heavy or not what they wanted to hear, clients can end up feeling defeated. But often, the cards are just showing what’s likely if things continue as they are - other futures are possible. But a tough reading can make it feel like there’s no hope.
Another challenge is when clients aren’t sure how to ask their questions, or ask too many things at once. Some people don’t realise how much time and energy goes into a reading and try to squeeze in a bunch of questions under one session. That’s when I have to gently explain how the Q&A process works and help them get more clarity on what they really want to know.
As for the readings themselves, I’ve noticed the cards can be a bit fuzzy when it comes to timing. Sometimes they’ll show something as if it’s already happening, but in reality, it’s just around the corner -maybe a week or a month away. That can trip up a reader if we’re not careful, so I’ve learned to remember that the cards don’t experience time the way we do. They’re more tuned into whether the energy has entered your field yet, not necessarily when it will physically show up.
The other thing is that tarot (and some oracle cards) can be very literal. They’ll often highlight the most dominant energy in your life, even if it seems unrelated to the question. You might ask me about your love life, but if you’re knee-deep in home renovations and that’s messing with your schedule - and by extension, your time with your partner - the cards might just show me a scene of construction work with no explanation, lol. Then it’s on me to pull clarifiers or look at the story flowing through the cards in the spread to figure out how the construction work ties back to your relationship.
Those have been my experiences as a professional tarot reader so far. Did you learn any lessons or have any interesting experiences as a professional tarot and oracle reader that you want to share? Let me know!

Made a website but forgot to share it. Thank you for asking la-egg!
Hey hey! Are you doing readings currently professionally? This must be super exciting!!
I am, and I enjoy the work. It feels very natural. the only thing is, it's hard to fit it in between my advertising work and other life stuff. My clients find my readings helpful and that is the greatest gift.
Actually, thank you for asking this. I made a website but forgot to share it here: https://oraculummessages.carrd.co/
Edit: Big thanks to the tumblr, insta, reddit, and IRL acquaintances to asked for paid readings and sent in lovely testimonials!

So... who is masquerading as a "friend of William" to brief Tom Sykes, and to what end? Is this friend a figment of Tom Sykes' imagination, created for the purposes of legitimising this article? That would be my guess.
For what I know, Tom Sykes has been swearing that he has sources in the circle of W&K, I don’t know if it’s true or he has used such phrase in order to give his articles credibility.
The majority of people have the feeling that for some reason he hates W and is always writing very negative things about him and Kate, he didn’t help himself when in 2016-2021 he was super pro Sussex and used them to attack W&K. Some fans really despise him because in 2019 he was saying that his source (the daughter of an earl) told him that there were rumors about W and 🌹and that everyone in their circle was talking about (he couldn’t confirm if true or not because he said there were only rumours, but some use his article as ‘proof’ of an affair)
Anyway, I honestly don’t think that W’s friends are telling him such things, not after his vicious attacks against the Wales, because sometimes he also has articles claiming that ‘Charles friends’ also told him things, I doubt he has ‘sources’ in both camps and when we know that KP and BP prefer to leak to british tabloids and not American publications, the only American site they have leaked at times it’s People Magazine.
That being said, it very well known that W’s signature when he or his circle leaks is: W’s friends, so I won’t be surprised if some things of what Roya wrote are true and others can be an invention. Also it’s not a secret that sometimes Roya writes her observations as facts, with no source, just her eyes and how a royal acts in public
Thank you for sending this in. Great reminder of the their past journalistic habits of the royal reporters.
I can't tell if William does have someone talking to Tom Sykes. I'd be interested in checking out his earlier articles to see if he ever got an exclusive that was from William's camp. If not, it's probably someone who knows him tangentially.

I thought the Roya article to be fair and an honest evaluation of the future under William. Sounds like William pr, which is a bit odd since I consider her to be the voice of Charles or Harry.
Rebecca's article, well maybe. I'm not a fan of hers and I think she takes things a step too far. But I read tarot too and I reposted one I did on Catherine a year ago. Still relevant and I still hear her in my head. She feels the same.
Along that line, I believe Charles has made things difficult for the family, particularly the Wales. They must bend to his will some but I don't think much. Both him and Camilla are crazy jealous and bitter about anything Catherine. She feels it best to take her time to keep her own sanity. Charles and Camilla have tongues that bite. Bec English is well aware. I think that article came from Charles pr machine.
Eden I disregard mostly. He might be valuable in putting 2 things together at times.
KP communication still needs improving. But I don't think the Wales much care as long as what they want personally gets out the way they want.
We may see the balcony turn into a more family affair in the future, rather than a working royal thing. William will get rid of the Rota, engagement counts, and much of the pomp. Maybe Ascot as a royal thing. Keep military and ancient traditions, but not all. He will turn the BRF into what can we do for you and a much less what can you do for us royal model. But much of his reign, William will have many messes to clean up and make right. It's George who will be most beloved of the people. He may get the title of the Great. Something not heard of since Alfred.
Opinions, of course, are welcome. I see big changes occurring in Britain. Fundamental change, and it will entangle Europe as well. 2026 will be a year marked by stunning events. Late fall 2025 will offer up a few surprises too.
This is great insight, thank you for writing in.
I’ve always thought Roya gets briefed by William’s team, though she has other royal sources too. Rebecca mainly speaks for Charles and Camilla. This Times article seemed like a PR piece for William, but it didn’t land well. The firm doubling down from William on certian issues suggests internal tensions with Charles perhaps, or a desire to prepare the public for imminent changes.
Charles and Camilla have clashed with the Waleses and have occasionally briefed against them, though nothing as toxic as what the Sussexes have done. It's still frustrating, I'm sure, to feel like you can't be a team with your father and can't trust him. William can also be very stubborn, I think. Your forecast for the future is very interesting to me: they are ambitious options! I wonder how much of it he could realistically implement, if he wanted to? The balcony can't include other non-working members if the Sussexes aren't included. The royal rota would likely turn on William if he cuts their access, just like they did with Harry over Meghan. I think press access will stay; it benefits William to have coverage for his events.
You're right in saying William will spend much of his reign cleaning things up. I think the most significant thing he will do is change how the royals are funded. I think he will do away with the Sovereign Grant and take a percentage from The Crown Estate. (The Crown Estate does not belong solely to the monarch, but it's one step closer to the Crown than the Sovereign grant.) I'm not sure what he will do with the public palaces and their upkeep costs - I'm very curious to see how that plays out.

Parsing media relations for fun
Does anyone think this article about Charles keeping the Sussexes "at the heart of his funeral" is a response to this article from Richard Eden that says William intends to remove the HRHs for the Sussexes when he is king? Or am I looking for a palace conspiracy where there is none? These two stories being published close to each other could simply be a concidence. If it ISN'T a coincidence, does this mean BP and KP are beefing with each other through the media again?
There were reports of tension between William and Charles at The Order of the Bath service? I watched it, and everything seemed normal and friendly. But Tom Sykes says a "friend of William" briefed him that the Order of the Bath was the type of "medieval cosplay" William thinks is ridiculous. We know how William feels about cloaks and hats with giant plumes, but I highly doubt William has sanctioned a friend to talk to Tom Sykes. About this, of all things. Tom later says "a source close to William" (that would he his communications team) "dismissed the suggestion that he had reservations about the Order of the Bath service".
So... who is masquerading as a "friend of William" to brief Tom Sykes, and to what end? Is this friend a figment of Tom Sykes' imagination, created for the purposes of legitimising this article? That would be my guess.

Nice to see you back!
Two points on your thoughts:
King William IV was a navy man, having spent most of his life in the Royal Navy before becoming king after the death of his brother. He was known as the sailor King. He too simplified some of the pomp and circumstance surrounding coronation and I do expect that King William V will do the same to some degree. I amuse myself with the idea that he may be known as the football king.
The level to which he will dispense with pomp and circumstance will probably depend on Catherine, who undoubtedly understands the history and the aesthetics and will probably impress upon him the importance.
It also depends on the government of the day.
Catherine undoubtedly has been very ill and is still in recovery from treatment. According to an American oncologist it takes double the length of the treatment itself to recover from the actual treatment.
Personally, I had not expected her to work up to a full schedule before autumn at the earliest, if then.
I believe Rebecca English’s article was written with the blessing of both Prince William and King Charles following the churning press which arose from Catherine pulling out of appearing at Ascot on the third day when the Prince and Princess of Wales were hosting their friends and the Middleton family.
I am over the impression that Catherine’s surgery in January 2024 was serious indeed and if she does not take part in the forthcoming state banquet, but simply greet the visiting dignitaries, my belief that she cannot yet digest a regular and varied diet will be confirmed.
As for the York sisters Andrew Lownie has a book coming out on their parents this August. I believe it will land very badly and reflect very badly and that, therefore, it is too soon to make any suppositions because they will have to be made following the book and the reaction.
I rather regret that because I think Beatrice and her husband are lovely and would make good working Royals in the space that the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester now inhabit.
Thank you for writing in, and for your thoughtful commentary.
I see the similarities between King William IV and V. Both share a dislike for pageantry, and a desire for cost-cutting and reformation. Catherine will certainly have a say on aspects of the ceremony - I can't see her wanting to give up tiaras for her and Charlotte, so perhaps we'll get a bit of (modest) bling? Let's see. Re: Catherine, there will always be a section of the public who will use her absence to call her lazy, regardless of the fact that she's been through a medical crisis and, as you said, needs time to recover. Rebecca's article reminded us how tough the year had been for the entire Wales' family. Rebecca's comment about how precarious Catherine's situation was - I hope it doesn't lead to more speculation. I do think it helped to make people back off for now.

Hello again! Some thoughts on BRF matters in 2025
I wasn't planning on coming back to royal blogging, and this might be a one-off, but I felt like swinging by a saying hi again.
I had a couple of thoughts on how things have been with the BRF this year, and I wanted to think out loud with you.
How does everyone feel about Roya's article for William's 43rd birthday? My sense is that everyone dislikes it - the pros and the antis. The pros don't like that the article said William isn't interested in the pomp and pageantry and his coronation will look very different. The antis think the article was word-salady empty promises from a lazy prince. The Pro Charles camp thinks this was disrespectful to Charles. What stood out to you from the article - positively or negatively? To what extent do you think the article is a faithful representation of how William thinks and feels, or not, and why? Who do you think is talking to Roya - William's people, or Charles' people, or ex palace folks who are now retired or independent?
Then there's Rebecca's piece about Catherine being so ill last year that she is "lucky to even be talking of recovery". Why do you think she's talking about this now, and who gave her the go-ahead -Charles' camp or William's? I'm assuming this is the palace's way of explaining why her engagements are still sporadic and open to last-minute cancellations. Do you think going about it this way was a good idea? I think it was - KP hasn't done the best job with handling this issue so far. Linking the New York Post article because Rebecca's DM article is behind a paywall? (Since when did the DM start paywalling their articles? Hmph.)
Call me a cynic but I don't think Charles is going around kissing Yorkie hands out of pure affection? This makes me wonder what kind of deal Andrew has made with Charles and what he had as leverage. Apparently Charles is also paying for the repairs of Royal Lodge himself, according to this article.
What are your thoughts on reports that William plans to remove HRHs for the Sussexes once he is King? The GB article I linked says only for the kids, but I heard Richard Eden say for Meghan and Harry too. Do you think this is (a) true (b) has the blessings of KC3 - "I can't do this to my own son, but you can do it" (c) Going to impact his relationship with Eugenie and Beatrice, and how badly? If he says HRHs for working royals only, Eugenie and Beatrice lose theirs too.

I'm doing pop culture readings on The Lavender Lodge. Give it a follow if you'd like to read more. 🙂
Prince Louis Birthday Reading
Tumblr media
For my very first pop culture reading on this blog, I wanted to keep things sweet, uplifting, and timely. So we’re tuning into the vibes around Prince Louis’ 7th birthday!
The Energy of the Day
It looks like it was a lovely day filled with family fun (Ten of Cups), lots of gifts (Six of Pentacles), and plenty of joyful celebration (Nine of Cups, Six of Wands). The Fool suggests a carefree, playful atmosphere with lots of running around and laughter. The Five of Rods and Six of Cups hints at games or physical activities for the kids.
My intuitive read on the cards tells me that Catherine may have baked cupcakes herself. The image on the Eight of Pentacles card looked just like someone frosting cupcakes. White flowers also seemed to be a recurring symbol in the spread, so they may have been part of the décor or held some special meaning. In the Ten of Cups, I also noticed a water body and a castle, which makes me think the family might have spent some time near a lake or river on the estate, where white wildflowers grow.
A Change of Plans
There was a shift in plans, though. The cards suggest that the Pope’s passing disrupted things a bit (The Tower, Death). Intuitively, I feel this affected their original birthday plans. William likely had to quickly shift focus and prepare for a trip to represent his father (Knight of Cups, The Emperor, Eight of Cups). William often appears as the Knight of Cups when I read for him. Despite the last-minute changes, they managed to adapt and move forward with clarity (Ace of Swords).
Energies of the Day for Each of Them
Louis came through as The Sun card, full of joy and brightness. He had a happy, carefree day filled with fun.
Charlotte appeared as The Empress. She seems to naturally take on a nurturing role when Catherine is occupied and carries herself with a quiet, powerful presence that reminds me of the late Queen.
George’s card was the Six of Wands. He definitely had a great time and probably received a lot of praise and attention.
Catherine’s card was the Page of Cups, showing her creative energy and emotional warmth. It feels like she poured a lot of love into planning the celebration and enjoyed doing it.
William showed up as the Three of Swords. He may have felt a bit torn or disappointed about juggling responsibilities. The Knight of Swords shows him rushing about, but he still found time to be outdoors with Louis and enjoy a bit of the day (The Sun). In Conclusion
All in all, it was a wonderful day filled with joyful celebrations among family and friends (Six of Wands, Four of Wands), and it wrapped up on a very satisfying note. (The World)

Hello Tumblr fam, I've been away from Tumblr for a while. I still follow the brf but I've significantly reduced the amount of time I spend online, which is a positive for me. I'm going to keep it that way.
I don't want to leave tumblr or this community, however, so I've made a new account. It's @thelavenderlodge
I don't know what I'll be blogging about, or how often, but all posts will go there. (I won't be posting from this account anymore.) Follow me there if you want to follow along and/or keep in touch.
I hope you are all well. Thank you everyone for the laughs, the discussions, and the company.
