I got very lazy today, but I did it! I'm on a slight art block, and I'm still trying to figure out how to do the Underdaze designs, but I'll hopefully get it done at some point. -n-

Had a break!

Sorry for not posting anything for a while! I took a small break from tumblr as my motivation wasn't doing the best, but I'll be trying to ease back into posting about Underdaze again! ^u^

Speaking of Underdaze... I may or may not be working on some of the designs to post in a design info dump! This will also include Starstruck 2.0, since the original was a little bit tacky looking back at it now. Their raincoat design will be sure to stay as a side-outfit though! :D (The design used in both this comic and this drawing!)

Starstruck's Magic And Attacks!

Starstruck, as a monster, has magic and attacks like any other! They will all be explained in this info dump! :D The information will be under the cut!

Starstruck uses three colours of magic: Blue Orange Green All of these magic colours exist in the original Undertale game! But, just in case you didn't know of them, I will be explaining them below.

Blue: Blue magic is the most well-known of all the magic colours in Undertale! It causes the player's soul to be bound to the ground, turning the bullet hell into a platformer. Another way Blue magic is used is with the attacks! When an attack is made of Blue magic, the soul has to stay still when passing through it. Blue magic attacks are often in the form of moving bones, Asgore's attacks or Gaster Blasters!

Orange: Orange magic is still a big part of the Undertale battle system. Ingame, it does not have a soul version, but the community has made multiple fanfights including an Orange soul. The gimmick is that the player has to keep moving when their soul is Orange, or else they take damage. The original use of Orange magic is with Asgore's attacks, where you have to move through them or else you take damage. It is the same here!

Green: One of the lesser-used magic colours, exclusive [from what I've learnt playing the game] to Undyne. Starstruck did not originally have this magic colour, but growing up in Waterfall, they had become friends with Undyne and was taught by her. Green magic turns the soul Green, forcing it to stay in one spot with shields as its only defence.

A cool fact about Starstruck's magic is that they can summon fireflies when it is dark. They form from their halo, which also glows in the dark by itself. The halo is made from pure pent-up magic, as they have a small body in comparison to their magic wield. [They are 3'8, based off of Ink's height! ^w^]

If we're talking about their regular magic that forms their soul and appearance, it is a Yellow colour. It does not have the effects that Undertale's Yellow does but is simply the colour that makes up their ecto, eyes and other external magic. All of their bone attacks, including their weapons and Blasters, are an off-white Yellow due to the magic.

Moving onto Starstruck's weapons of choice, they own two dagger-like bones. They do not use them often, as they are a more peaceful-minded monster and do not wish to engage in combat, but they are still fond of the weapons. A more common use of their weapons is during hikes up mountains in AUs that have them, or to add markers to know where they came from! The glowing magic at the end of the dagger-like bones can create a glow that stays for hours at a time, so digging them into the ground to create a path is reasonable.

Last but not least, their Blasters! They can use all three magic colours that Starstruck owns, turning the soul affected by the blast into whichever colour was used! They can summon up to ten at a time. Their Blasters are massive, much bigger than they are, double their height when laid beside them!

That's all about Starstruck's magic! There are other guessable types such as simple bone attacks, but they're the same as Undertale's Papyrus and Sans, so I didn't feel the need to go into detail. Thank you to everybody who read up to this point! :D

Freshink Plush Washing?

I know that you need to spot-clean him, but there are no specific spots where he can be cleaned. He's already got to the point of 'old plushie' colour, since I may or may not cuddle him to bed every night- But I need to know how to clean big surfaces without absolutely soaking him because it takes days for him to dry! Any feedback would be helpful _w_

Seasontale Competition Entry? 👀

@zelphin124 I might've made a silly little comic using Starstruck's tendency to flirt- [Don't mind how short they are, their height is based on Ink _w_] I joined for fun, and I won't take any cash prizes, I more or less just wanted an excuse to [and found said excuse] to draw a fan comic! Also! The text looks a little off, so I'll be adding the textless version below the cut!

The Problem With Bots...

There have been posts of people doing disgusting things for about five posts in a row, despite my reporting and blocking each. I'm a minor, and have NSFW in my settings set so that it's not supposed to show me such things. Tumblr, please make this site a little safer and terminate these bots or posters. Or at least make the NSFW blocker work...

Starstruck Fear Info Dump!

Like all people, humans and monsters alike, Starstruck has fears. A lot of them are caused by past trauma in their AU, and therefore I will be hiding them below the cut! As they could be potentially harmful to people with trauma of the same type. There are also a few more sneak peeks into Starstruck's character and past!

Starstruck's fears range from true PTSD to simple phobias. Their common phobias include the fear of spiders. That's about it, the only fear that they have that isn't related to any sort of past events is the fear of spiders.

More in-depth fears include the fear of failure, the fear of abandonment, the fear of exclusion, the fear of being forgotten, the fear of making enemies, and the fear of being misunderstood. These aren't the most out-of-the-ordinary fears, but they still tie in with their backstory, and so it is in this section.

I will be explaining all of the reasons below, which will reveal quite a lot of their backstory!

So, for the fear of failure: This fear started to bloom when Starstruck was a mere child and used to be in responsibility of their two brothers. They used to go without food for days at a time just to feed them both. They would do errands for the occupants of Waterfall for food or money. Waterfall soon became their only safe space. However, when crossing over the disproportionately small gap during an errand, they slipped and dropped both of their brothers. One was caught by the bird, thankfully carrying him across to the other side safely, and the other... Starstruck had been dropped in the water themself but managed to scramble out without getting washed away by the current like their baby brother. They swore they could see something from the corner of their eye before their brother sunk down into the water. What was yet to come of those sights and possible hallucinations, they wish they could've stopped. They now feel that if they make any mistake, no matter how small and insignificant it might be, it will end with the same tragedy that caused their family to go from three to two.

For the fear of exclusion, and the fear of being forgotten: As they grew older, they were no longer as helpful to the people of Waterfall. Who were once friendly kids that they could play with, were turning into adults with their own lives. They could no longer distract themselves with a game of fetch, tag, or snail racing. Their friends were no longer interested in those sorts of things. Even their own brother had made his own friends. Sure, that was a good thing, but it left them alone once again. They wanted to play with their brother and his friends, but they were older by a few years. They didn't belong anywhere. But don't worry, their brother grew up to hang out with his older sibling again!

For the fear of making enemies: [REDACTED] used to poke around at their little brother, which made them suspicious of it. Its intentions were clear. Therefore, they were in denial of it, keeping their brother away from it. It did not like that. It was there to hurt him. It was there to hurt them. And that is what it did, years into the future when Starstruck and their little brother thought it was gone. Starstruck has felt dizzy ever since, an ever-spinning parasite in their brain. It would never let them go. Why would it? They were mean to it, they were enemies, and they deserved this eternal mental torture. At least that is what is constantly rushing through Starstruck's mind when they are alone.

For the fear of being misunderstood: They had told everybody around them that [REDACTED] was not safe, that it had ill intentions. But nobody believed them. They swore to see them in the corners of their eyes, to see them lurking from a distance, seeing them clung to their brother when they looked away. Everybody thought they were simply psychotic. It was friendly! It was always smiling and always had such a happy tone. They passed it off, telling them that they were in the wrong. The gaslighting went on for years, until [REDACTED] lashed out and finally proved itself horrid. But, soon after, no one was left to rant to about how they were right the whole time.

That's all! That was a big info dump! Both brothers' names will remain unknown, and so will [REDACTED]'s, until the AU is complete. Thank you to everybody who read up to this point!

Starstruck in the rain!

A quick drawing of Starstruck! They love the rain, and so they are often found in the Waterfall of any AU! Sorry for the low pixel count, I made it on a smaller canvas going into it thinking I was going to draw something less detailed.

Meet Starstruck!

Starstruck is the skeleton in my profile picture! I wanted to share their concept with the world since I personally love it. I'm not the best artist, so I haven't made many drawings of them --- Despite that, I'll be trying to post as much about them as possible! They're my little creation, and I'm proud of it. Information under the cut!

But for now, a little sneak peek into who they are: Starstruck is a Sans AU that I made for a personal AU, whose story will remain unknown for a while. The AU's name, however, is Underdaze! Starstruck is a demigirl and pansexual, not understanding the concept of restriction in many senses. They show up in random AUs from time to time, just to have a look around! They're a curious and creative skeleton, despite their constant state of confusion and sleepiness. They are extremely kind and easy to get along with! However, they will often flirt unmeaningly due to some other hidden secrets that I will be keeping private until Underdaze is properly configured. They are 24 and their birthday is on the 9th of August.

[Edits: It was late at night when writing this, so I had messed up every spelling of their name, their gender, and their birthday. It has all been updated now!] Just in case my profile picture changes at some point in time, and this post ages to incompletion, I will be posting what is currently my profile picture right below:
