I think Dean should have a stuffed animal. Perhaps... a scoobydoo stuffed animal hueheheheh. And YES he sleeps with it obviously.

Dean has several books about making intricate crust tops for pies and he looks at the pies in the books every once in a while and imagines having time to make all of them. Also he wants a black and silver (like his Baby) kitchen aid mixer he looks at them online sometimes.

Dean is bi and isn't invested in hiding that from Sam but Sam is so oblivious that Dean thought it would be funny to wait and see how long it would take him to catch on.

Cas and Dean hooked up casually a few times in season 5/6.
