I just can't believe how much he helps me through my tough times. I really can't thank him enough, nor I will be able to do that in the future.

He really has the power to calm me down and help me get through some of my anxiety moments, like right now.

I hope one day I'll be able to say something to him.

We really gotta start reminding people what triggers are, and the difference between them and squicks.

A trigger, in terms of mental health, is something that can induce intense anxiety, flashbacks, or even anxiety or panic attacks. In other words, it's a pretty freaking big deal.

Something that you don't like, or that makes you a little uncomfortable, isn't a trigger.

Things that make you uncomfortable but are not triggers are called squicks.

Just saying, because I feel like 'trigger' has lost its meaning with overuse for things that aren't triggers.
