"Mr. Black Power"

Jokingly, I was referred to as "Mr.Black Power" but laughter did not follow. Only a deep sense of grief in my chest! My body all of sudden felt very heavy! I simply stated the obvious with some love ones and the gesture soon followed. Why is it so hard to express yourself in this world? Why can't people accept what's plain & clear? Why can't we accept each other's opinion without judgement? "My emotions are severely suppressed that they feel uncomfortable to express. So, I choose to limit others' distress while the heaviness of despair complies in my chest. What do I do next?"
