65 hours in, were doing well!
I've set it up aswell that IF I NEED to break my fast that I can then eat only less then 300 - 500 calories. And if I make my homemade cucumber salad (280 calories ish) it fills me up anyway!!
Dizzy spells have been kicking in though, one kicked in last night whilst I was on a call with my boyfriend and the other this morning. Nothing I can't handle, I'm sure I can power through! And yes I'm staying hydrated (1.5-2 litres of water each day)

36 Hours in and my god, I forgot for a hot minute how addicting it is waking up on an empty stomach. I don't feel hungry yet but I know the hunger pains will start coming in tonight. They usually do once I hit around 48 hours, I'm going to try and go past it though. If I could do it in highschool I can do it again
Moving out into my own place makes this so much fucking easier

Update: about to go to sleep and at 113.7. Had to restart my fast due to going to friends earlier but now I've started again and am 6 hours in. By the time I get to work tomorrow I should be at 13 hours and then when I finish work I'll be at 22 hours.
Should hopefully help me stay on track this time?

Only 8 hours in but I haven't struggled this much before? Like usually I can clear 24 hours with EASE. The f@ck is going on today? Maybe it's because I'm starting my monthly but usually that doesn't do anything :(

Okay so the plan is to attempt to do a 12 day fast with juices and water and whatever. I know I've done 12 days before but that was when I was sick. I know I'll more then likely have to break it earlier then that (christmas) BUT I want to see what my limit is for now. So, starting that today :>

Did the 48hr fast successfully but had to break it as when I went to mums she got suspicious... I was going to fast for longer but had to stop :(
Tomorrow I'm going to start a new fast to try and go for longer though, aiming for 72 hours plus?

Starting a new 48hr minimum fast tomorrow, I never do good at these but I need to lose as much weight as possible by January 13th!!! I don't want to be fat anymore but I need to lose at least a little bit of it by then... wish me luck!

Hola! This is my safe space and this account is for 18+
Whilst I am Ana I do not promote it. Call me a hypocrite but I'm too caring of others to promote it.
My main motivations are to get sweaty less, see a lower number on the scales, have a thigh gap and skinny arms, no more chafing on thighs and to overall boost my appearance and self-image. And I would like to steal my boyfriends clothing without being worried about how I look. I'm currently at 112kg and my highest was 120kg. Ultimate goal is to get down to 50kg ✨️
