Daily Activities as COO

I want to explain briefly about my daily tasks. Every morning, we have meeting with every office staffs at 8:30 sharp. The main purpose of this daily meeting is to know the results, challenges, problems and achievements of every staffs occurring in the previous date occurring in the previous date Some staffs also share their experience to motivate everyone for the day. After that, I checked the yesterday financial report of loan close and disbursement team. And then, I listen and check the call records of past week or days. I also supervise the calling process of the champ And provide sharing and training whenever necessary. My important daily task is checking up to ensure a good productivity. As for monthly, I discuss with department heads & supervisors to change the call script that need changing and make reviews with HR Manager. As for current business development process, we are expanding our business beyond Myanmar to other countries like Thailand, Sri-Lanka, Indonesia & Philippines.
