The contrast of transcending humanity and ascending within humanity. Lamenting that those who embody or are ideas are perfect, plastic, and untouchable. Neither time nor death can hold them. Finding self in a love of humanity.

V is a man who becomes an idea, and Barbie is an idea that becomes a woman. They both in their own way choose to live and eventually die for their love of humanity. Yet where V sacrifices his sense of self to express his love of humanity, Barbie finds herself to express her love of humanity. Rising to meet life/change with intentional vulnerability and authenticity (if not initially intentional) is a love unto itself.

I'd love to find a few literary analyses regarding finding the individual self in humanity and finding humanity in the individual self for both dramas. And how both themes are the foundation of equity
