I got so much respect for andrew lincoln.

I’ve always found it puzzling that GG had no problem posting pictures with SV, who was for all intents and purposes a guest star. He felt fine with how people would perceive these pictures, even though he was with HD, but somehow he couldn’t/can’t show his leading lady, CP, the same treatment. It’s just a bad look that the minute he got a white love interest he wanted to parade it and was okay with her parading it but for years he has acted like he barely knows who CP is on sm or with bts pictures, unless of course another man dare show interest in CP.

Those actions speak volumes. Look at leading men like Andy Lincoln or Tony Goldwyn, they too had white love interests—which, obviously, is fine—but they always, ALWAYS showed their black female love interests just as much respect, if not more. They promoted them, they supported them, and they NEVER faltered. That’s the kind of co-lead Candice deserves to have.

We know better than to think Grant could ever be on that level, or anywhere close, but we thought he would at least try. Sad fact is he’s done more work to appear unsupportive than he’s ever done actually being publicly supportive.
