This bitch barely flinched, but he did just turn into smoke and get out of Oscar’s grasp.

And he disappeared in a poof of bats, leaving that puppet on the floor, along with some of the few pieces of Mashenka that were left.

It’s been several hours since Katya left to go on a “short” walk, and since she left her phone Oscar couldn’t contact her at all.

Then there was a knock on the door…

Oscar paced around the house; his nerves had started to get the better of him — his hair had gotten even more untamed due to nervously fiddling with the strands as he tried to contact her..

At the sudden knock, he nearly jolted before walking over to the door; seeing it was Altair through the door's peephole — he scoffed with disgust at seeing it was Altair.

“Why are you here? And I hope you aren't welcome on my property.”

"Alexsei not killing me should count as a argument. Since he's already killed Vera in less then 3 hours. But fine, don't believe me. Go ahead and hurt someone your daughter loved."

Insert a small smile, he knows he's making Oscar more upset, and it's in his nature to test people until they snap.

"I wouldn't hurt her, I rather liked Katya."

"Nothing. Have you thought about the fact that if I wanted to hurt Katya, I would have done it yesterday when she was with me? If I wanted her dead, she would have LONG been dead already. And, If I did anything to her, her dear brother would have had my head already."
