squinting as she LOOKED at her phone. 2:12 am, why on earth would anyone be at her door. getting up from her bed, she wakled sluggishly towards her door, flicking on the lights. squinting as she tried to get adjusted to the light. her sleep haze slowly wearing off and she knew who it was before she even opened the door.”andrea..”she greeted, a yawn escaping her lips just after. widening the door to let her in. it wasn’t asurprise to see her lingering outside her apartment door.”another fight i’m guessing?”phoebe knew she didn’t need an answer and that she didn’t need it being confirmed. walking over to the kettle she flicked it on, allowing for andrea to settle down.
She often realized that she didn’t notice the time anymore, sleeping does that too you. She hadn’t meant to be standing at her friends door smoking a cigarette hoping she could vent to someone. She also hadn’t meant to argue with her mother. Andrea smiled slightly when she opened the door letting the cigarette fall to the ground and quickly stepping on it. “I hope you don’t mind. I just needed to cool off I didn’t even realize the time.” She apologized quickly as she stepped inside sitting down on the couch. Out of habit her eyes stayed glued to the other girl, making sure she didn’t do anything to hurt her. “Did I wake you?”

THE FAMILIAR VOICE beside her pulls her attention from the flowers at hand,     head whipping around with a delighted smile.     even after years apart,     she’d never truly forget the sound of her daughter’s own voice.     ❝ andrea, ❞     penelope breathed,     disregarding her question completely and turning to face her more fully,     she threw her arms around her daughter in a tight hug,     pulling back after a long moment to grip her face.     there’s a hundred questions running through her mind,     but there’s only so many that she can ask her at once.     ❝ what are you doing here?     why didn’t you tell me you were coming? ❞     penelope can’t help but find it all rather peculiar,     her daughter’s sudden and unannounced appearance.     while she hadn’t been happy when andrea had wanted to go off on her own,     to see the world,     she’d allowed it under the circumstances that she kept in contact with her and came home at the first sign of trouble.     there wasn’t anything inherently suspicious about it,     but it still put her on edge.     ❝ i have missed you,     my little dove. ❞
The feeling of her mother’s tight embrace was all she needed to know she was home. She held to her mother like the life line she was, praying that she could hold onto this moment forever. She didn’t want to keep running, all she wanted was to be here with her family. As her mother held her face she scanned hers noticing it was still the same from all those years ago. She didn’t know how to answer all the questions, how do you tell someone you have been on the run for the last few years trying to survive? She couldn’t do that, not to her mother. “You know me mom, I never was one to make a plan.” She whispered the lie coming out easily, she told it to everyone after all. “I missed you too mom. I’m so sorry.” She said the guilt of leaving all those years ago washing over her.

DELICATE FINGERS PRESS into the petal of a flower,     enjoying the familiar atmosphere of the florist,     particularly the quaint shop not far from her own.     penelope had always had a fondness for colorful displays,     but it seemed that the most recent wedding had made the local flower shop a very busy place.     ❝ i just love weddings,     don’t you? ❞     she questioned softly,     directed towards the person nearest to her,     though there was no promise that they’d actually heard her.     ❝ they make businesses bloom,     and i’m always a sucker for a beautiful bouquet. ❞
andrea hadn’t told her mother she was coming, she couldn’t stand to make her worry. she had it all planned out, she’d buy some flowers then go over and see her. to say she was nervous would be the biggest understatement of the year. she hadn’t noticed someone next to her as she looked at the flowers, to nervous about seeing her mother again after all this time to pay attention. she froze recognizing the voice instantly, how could she not recognize the voice of her own mother. “i wanted to get flowers for my mother after not seeing her for some time, do you have any suggestions.” she asked with a slight role of her eyes, it reminded her too much of her childhood when she could swear mer mother knew every gift she was going to get her. as she looked at her mother for the first time in so many years it hurt, she wanted to apologize but she couldn’t even think where to start so she stayed quiet silently praying her mother hadn’t forgotten about her.

Intro
Hey so I am working on my college essay rn so I will do the theme later but I wanted to introduce myself to yall with my bean Andrea.
Andre is the biological daughter of Penelope Conrad and was raised in the mountains of Tennessee. In college she was a total hippie, she joined into Vietnam protests, lived out of a van, had crazy adventures she certainly can’t tell her mother about.
Her mother turned her after she completed her bachelor’s degree in physics. Soon after turning she decided to go off on her own, experience her own life. She ended up running with a group of vampires few a few years that were vicious and cruel. She had no choice finally deciding to run and escape them.
Her life became running fearing for her own life. She never truly settled down anywhere or made any close bonds. The only person she made sure to stay in touch with was her mother.
This is my really quick summary of her. She feels a need to atone for the sins of what her old coven does and has been known to be kind and generous but she can also be short tempered but she will always look for the good in someone, even if they don’t deserve it. She still has a youthful innocence many vampires lack.
So onto some wanted connections!!!
Friends: new or old friends, this can pretty much be anything!
Enemies: Perhaps members of her old coven? Those who have hurt her mother or innocent people? This can really be down to a lot of different things
Mate: This can be anything for my wonderful pan lady. Hit me up! I love angsty relationships
Legit anything you want!!!
