Sai can definitely be abrasive, I think part of that is the generational divide in attitudes towards her rhetoric. But the willingness some people have to take that and then believe and spread any and all rumors, no matter how provably wrong, concerns me.

Can we maybe use a bit more discretion when someone pops up with extraordinary claims w/out any evidence? Did we all just forget how annoying starlit is?

Always, always, always, always ask for evidence. Proof, context, screenshots—people make mistakes and word of mouth is proven to be shit at consistency.

Your feeling is probably spot on, though I think a fair number are also just people insecure over the fact they find someone in this space abrasive and/or annoying and are latching on to any reason to validate that dislike.

She was later told (by her black followers) even that was pushing it, and she now knows better. It was never used with malice or to demean someone. Otherwise, I haven’t seen any instance of Sai being racist and would appreciate it if y’all provided better examples than “she censored a slur once!!!”

She didn’t think things out before offering, but she apologized after Courtney explained Pokemadhouse made her uncomfortable. This is not a cancelable offense. This is a normal human interaction where someone made a mistake and apologized.

-she unapologetically has used the R slur multiple times and cited being "autistic" to try and get away with it

-used the N word (hard r) multiple times and defended it. Also just super racist. She is white.

-made fun of Courtney Peet (Lily Orchard's sister and first victim of Lily) by dressing up as Lily

-Giddily asked Courtney/wanted a "dramatic reading" of Stolkholm. The CSEM MLP fanfic that Lily wrote about her real life fantasies about Courtney. Same with Pokemadhouse.

-Gave money to Lily on streams through superchats to "troll her" but Courtney rightfully pointed out that "she did nothing but give money to a pedophile".

Sai has fallen so far from grace. I hope the stans don't look up to her just because she's starting to defend Viv.

Bit of a rant so feel free to ignore but I fucking hate when people lie about Lily because when I try to correct it I feel like I’m defending her. People don’t need to make up issues about Lily like she’s already done horrendous shit

A lot of the time I think it’s just misunderstandings and nobody double-checking their sources. Like the Don’t Move thing, it was a scene set after an assault occurred, so people loosely called it a rape fic because of its content, but others who had not read it themselves (tbf valid) assumed they meant it literally. Now everyone thinks it was actual rape porn when it wasn’t.

Easy mistake, but also a disastrous one. For example, imagine if you tried to convince someone “hey Lily wrote rape porn” and used Don’t Move as an example. That person might check, see that isn’t the case, and think you’re either a liar or insanely puritanical. Congratulations, you just ruined your entire case and likely given Lily another sympathetic ear.

Everyone can make mistakes, but it’s important to catch and correct them when they happen, especially when it comes to Lily Orchard, who will use anything to get a leg up on her critics. (Please check sources, ask for evidence, etc — do not blindly believe people, no matter how reputable)

Otherwise, if someone is actively making up issues then they can fuck off. That’s the same thing Lily does to discredit her victims. Stop using an abuser’s tactics to take down an abuser, you’re just making it harder for people to believe us when she actually does do something fucked. There is absolutely no benefit to lying, and if you’re doing it on purpose, then I’m going to assume you’re a Lily Stan trying to poison the well.

It could genuinely just be Mikaila’s art style making her look older unintentionally, but considering how far Lily has gone already to paint Courtney as a monster, I can’t entirely dismiss the possibility that it could have been on purpose.

I just saw Lily's AO3 post. And it's just...You made rape porn on that fucking thing. You have NO room to judge about goonery when you have written rape porn and posted it on AO3. So, yeah, donate money to the site that ALLOWS you to do such fuckery you absolute GOON.

Don’t Move isn’t porn.

I hate defending Lily, but the entire fic is set after an assault has taken place, with the abuser gloating over how much power they have over the sleeping victim, ending right before another assault presumably occurs.

No actual assault takes place during the fic, calling something that has the implications of it rape porn isn’t correct. That would be like calling most of Law & Order: SVU rape porn.

What the fic is though is a gross attempt of reversing the roles of victim and abuser, giving us the most absurdly, diabolical inner monologue and insisting “this was totally Courtney y’all.”

And while Lily has never posted any actual rape fics to AO3, she most definitely has written and posted some to other fanfiction accounts. So she’s still a massive hypocrite who’s trying to cover up her past actions by pushing the image of her being a creator who’s appalled by the things she actually enjoys.

Poke Madhouse is the one that's more strictly about what Lily wanted to do to Courtney, but it's also a Chris Chan Sonichu-esque comic series.

It shuffles between being hysterically bad and disturbing with thing like the Violation Arc being a very fucked up retelling of what Lily did to Courtney.

Stockholm is a very long edgy for the sake of edgy, fucked up for the sake of fucked up csem pumped nightmare series that has less to do with Courtney (though everything Lily makes like this has something to do with her and references to her and that should in no way be dismissed) and more to do with Lily's demented taste and fetishes. It is no less fucked up and horrific and while archives of it are up I very strongly advise against seeing what is in those fanfics for yourself because Courtney is absolutely right. It is CP. 100%.

I know people are going to go looking for themselves out of curiosity or maybe thinking it isn't that bad. It is. You obviously won't get in trouble for looking, multiple police reports have resulted in nothing being done about it, but it's just not worth the effort or massive amounts of eye bleach you'll need to pour on yourself after.

And then there's also misinfo in some cases where what happens in the RPG maker games like Winds of Ascension is attributed to these.

You know, the games where teenagers fuck and get STDs and she made a sprite of Britt for the game.

There's also Doomsday Ascending where you go through Ponyville raping, breaking, and killing everyone while being rewarded with nsfw images. Including images of the child ponies being abused. That is CP to me personally, but to other's it's just cartoon horses.

I think the "fuck your lore" thing might be in reference to shows that use world elements to explain away certain story decisions. Like suppose your only gay characters come from a race with no gender or something idk. It's one of these things she does where she can't suspend her disbelief that a fantasy world might have different rules than ours. I remember her saying on stream once that hypothetically when playing DnD, one of the first things her party would ask is if gay marriage is legal, if the DM says no the party decides to focus on toppling the government instead of the story the DM wants to focus on. She always applies contemporary modern politics to settings where they either don't exist yet or don't apply.

That could be it, and it would be equally as stupid.

I THINK Lily's "Fuck your lore" thing is just another dig at shows that focus more on lore and longer narratives instead of focussing on the characters. But even then, it's just being vindictive for no reason. It connects to NOTHING about LGBTQIA+ representation and it's the equivalent of someone going, "Here are the reasons why different races are often under-represented in fantasy media. Also, FUCK world building."

I mean, even if it's a good point, you gotta have it make sense with EVERYTHING ELSE.
