BEAT PROCRASTINATION: If you wish to be successful in everything you do, to be efficient in the pursuit of purpose, and to complete the Greatness Expedition, you must learn to manage your time diligently and effectively. And there is no greater thief of time, than procrastination, for it makes people think they have more time than what is available, and therefore, they postpone justice. If you postpone what must be done now, you hinder your progress in the Greatness Expedition. If you postpone it again and again, you may be shortening your lifespan. An example is to keep postponing the health plan you must adhere to and procrastinate about the necessity for exercise and dieting. In Welcome to Greatness, Coach #AlexIhama wrote: “I have learnt that greatness is not a destination but rather a journey. It begins at every wake and does not end until we return to dust. The time to begin the Greatness Expedition is now, for later is a thief of time, a major hindrance to the fulfillment that we seek in life. Until we learn to not procrastinate, to not put aside what has already been put aside once, to not give in to excuses for not beginning the journey that we must embark on, the fulfillment we claim to desire will elude us”.
