its only been just over a year since i had a nervous breakdown and got hospitalized and i feel like im getting to that point again and i dont know what to do because i dont want to worry people but its getting so fucking hard to keep repeating this cycle every single god damn day. i know i didnt take my antidepressants for a while but ive been taking them recently so i dont see why they havent kicked in atleast a little but then again it might be a weird type cuz some dont work for me cuz theres different makes. i wish i could just not live at this point honestly but also giving up is too pathetic but i feel like i have already given up because i was doing so much better than this for so long and then it all got too much again and i just stopped trying because it was too much effort and i know im going to fail at everything in life so theres no point in going on but also im too much of a pussy to do anything about it i think idk
