Something I find absolutely magical about dps is that every single character, no matter how contradictory, feels like an extension of a part of me.

I'm scared of authority and am a people-pleaser like Cameron, but I also say fuck society and skip down the street and feel Charlie's spirit. I love performing and get a sort of vitality from it like Neil, but being so scared of rejection and failure makes me act like Todd most times. I can be a hopeless romantic and idealise someone in my head and become kinda obsessed with them like Knox (minus the SA) but I'm also cynical and logical like Pitts. I love things that are completely impractical and aren't "useful" like poetry, but I also love science and find chemistry incredibly interesting, like Meeks.

And I find it so beautiful because they're all fully formed characters with multiple facets but they're also a person when you put them all together so there's always something you can relate to each of them with.

i think i could write a 10 page essay on my interpretation of the lyrics of space cowboy by kacey musgraves. this song truly is one of the most beautifully written and composed pieces of music i’ve ever heard. the lyrics are so soul crushing and gut wrenching and i just feel all of the emotions when i hear this song. it is everything to me essentially 🤗
