After taking a little break last week from the gym and relaxing as best I can this weekend, I am ready to get back on my shit. My goals this week are:
Make it to the gym 3 times this week
Do two cardio sessions and two yoga sessions
Use decompression methods at work
Lights off by 8:45 each night (except Wednesday when I know I will be at work until 8PM)
Drink 60-80 ounces of water
Take my vitamins every day.
If I can manage to get these done this week, I know I can balance everything I need to do throughout the week without burn out. I can and I will!
