I think the real issue with season 2 of twin peaks is that there wasn't any weird homoerotic tension between Cooper and Windom Earle. You're telling me Windom is his ex best friend turned arch-nemesis who in over the top and sadistic ways sees everyone and everything as a fun game of chess? And there isn't anything fruity going on? You're telling me it's more popular to ship Cooper with Harry who he shares a healthy and happy bond with? Blasphemy.
