i absolutely love this response and agree!!! i do think that once buck becomes a Christian, there is some potential for him to be a closer/stronger friendship with lexi that will wake jules up to a reality that she needs to get her life together like girl 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

i said this on twitter & i’m gonna just say this again verbatim because omg the most recent aio album is making buck a tolerable character for once. maybe it’s because jules was holding him back. cause whenever i go back to listen to buckjules centered episodes, the romance seems one-sided and strained like the break up scene was a struggle for me I wasn’t feeling any sort of emotion. it felt flat unfortunately.

in “facing the music” — where jules lies about the alcohol and expects buck to not fess up because she thinks he understands situations like that because of his past (this is my interpretation btw!!!)

while lexi has accepted his flaws in all and doesn’t care about who he was in the past and i feel like as the episodes and albums progress over time; buck will get out of his shell and go back to the church. as a viewer, we see how much lexi tries to push buck out of his shell and realizes how selfless he is with his mentee as well as not pushing him.

thinking about minho and kitty in the hot tub again. minho finding her after the mess of the letter. being so soft and quiet with her since she was very clearly feeling terrible. willingly climbing into the water with his clothes on because kitty refused to come out. kitty making a comment about his designer jacket because she knows him so well and minho taking it off before getting in. holding her as she cries. expertly lying to her about how it was so easy for him to get over her.

listening to kris-crossed pt 1 and almost done with part 2 rn and why am i kinda sad about that emily and matthew aren’t friends and their falling out 😕 cause the fact that the core 4 is suzu, cooper, morrie and emily when i always felt that the fan faves and hopefully found family trope within odyssey would be jay, zoe, emily and matthew :( their college diaries would’ve ate welp

I don't think there's nearly enough people talking about how minho was clearly jealous of peter. I mean, he was acting all :/ in the stationary store, and then later in class he purposefully forgot peter's name, glared at her cute pen, and when kitty tried to ask about stella he kept shutting her down. he was jealous!! even if kitty introduced peter as lj's boyfriend he still had such a reaction to the idea of someone else buying things for kitty and spending the day with her.
