Delilah what's your favorite meal to make?

I'd have to say... probably pan fried trout. Jesse always provides the trout, and it's something that is quite easy to make once you get the hang of it! A side of biscuits is always nice too.

But really, any meal is a favorite to make whenever Colt enjoys it.❤️

Happy Easter, kiddos!😁I had so much fun with the family coming over, and the other original character cast!

Rye, Jesse and Henrique all provided some eggs for us to paint! It was a blast!😆I made my egg a cow.

The younger and more modern folk were nice enough to bring plastic eggs that they hid the night before. Me and Delilah didn't participate, but watching the others run around was HILARIOUS!😂❤️🥚No one really won because towards the end the competition was HEATED and everyone kept stealing each other's eggs!🤣

I wanna express my gratitude as I know I'm getting older, and one day the Earth will take my body back into the ground and as Delilah would say it, the Lord will take me home. But I'm not there yet! I'm still bucking and I've got the energy to live more years to come, but I'm still thankful to see such a large family I've got around me. Whether you be a friend, a son, a wife- it doesn't matter. You're part of my family and I want you to know I love you all very much. Thank you for making this an amazing birthday.

Every second with her is my favorite moment!

Though, I remember when we were younger she used to sing for the town like a charity of sorts. Just free entertainment. She'd sing sweet southern songs about love while holding eye contact with me, and I always got flustered.

Some drunk fella had gotten too comfortable with her- starting to get all kinds of handsy when she kepting tellin him off. So like the gentleman I am, I stepped in! One punch to the face and the fool was out cold. She thanked me up and down for it, and even gave me a kiss on the cheek as payment. It was my first kiss from her, and I didn't wash my cheek for weeks. From that day forward I always accompanied her performances and kept my darling safe.
