#TBT @ehplabs #EHPlabsRESULTS #EHPlabs // This journey has been long because of all the medicine (steroids) my doctor had put me from my blood disorder, preventing me from losing weight. Before I had knew it, I gained 30 pounds faster than I could blink. This was me in high school before graduating (left). When I graduated high school, I felt... Guilty that I let my medicine take over my life. I made a goal for myself to eat healthy and exercise more (gaining muscle to help boost my metabolism). Ever since then, I lost from 180 to 150. The most successful news however was from my doctor, who said that the reason why I am healthy once again and only having to drink one type of medicine (my lupus problem) was because of my changed lifestyle. Learning this, I felt more proud of myself and my journey that I wish to share this with all of you! Thank you for listening 😁
