I'm in a campaign where my charactor is a human wizard and he's pretty gay. Anyways the party ran into this Tiefling Warlock (a PC) and after like 2 months of D&D time, the Tiefling proposed to my charactor and now they are married! (This is also how I got my boyfriend ;))

My favorite thing about Dungeons & Dragons is how fucking quickly people become ride-or-die bitches with each other

Random things to know about the critical role cast

Travis: snorted sake on a dare (by Laura), will apparently punch then run from actors in haunted houses when he gets scared. has also apparently opened up for Shania Twain when he was in high school with his choir. (Courtesy all work no play)

Sam: not actually married to Liam but sure, was in Le Mis on Broadway, once spilled a margarita on his pants and proceeded to announce to the whole audience “my penis is covered in tequila” (all work no play), played softball with Trump’s ex-wife on the broadway show league, Trump kept score and cheated (again, all work no play)

Ashley: yes, actually a badass, yes could probably survive the apocalypse, apparently put soap in a fountain with her best friend when she was a teen and it made the local news, has a fucking fantastic singing voice you guys oh my god

Marisha: a black belt, I’m not even kidding, Kentucky born and raised and can apparently drink most people under the table so there’s that, bird mom, “Ray” is the perfect coincidence because she’s a ray of sunshine

Liam: no not actually married to Sam but again sure, definitely Laura’s twin in a past life, does an incredible Joker impression it’s actually scary, did voice directing on The Last of Us and got a huge credit for it so fuck yeah

Laura: another one who can really fucking sing, definitely Liam’s twin in a past life, made Travis snort sake on a date once and then got tricked into doing it as well, no I’m not kidding you need to look it up.

Matt: yes a bit of a genius, no not evil, refuses to even touch Wil Wheaton because of the Wheaton Dice Curse but I think that’s a joke (kinda) but he’s also genuinely freaked out by it, yes the hair is magic, trolls people when he plays Overwatch

Taliesin: he’s immortal no one questions it, he was definitely knighted by Queen Victoria, got kicked by a goat while filming a sitcom when he was a kid, can probably play like six instruments without realizing it and one of them is probably the accordion, definitely a cuddly kitten
