Anyway, I hope you find more black friends/chosen family/overall community when it comes to tumblr and socials period if you use it. That shit is more critical than you think.

Some of my notes on here and even the tags I read on here made by THEE most lovely black folks and it'll just be them tearing themselves apart for how they physically look and you go to their page and their blog is full of nothing but a white beauty standard aesthetic ish.

Unlearning internalized racism is a demon in itself but baybeeee I believe in you. You're beautiful and you're so fuckin worthy of feeling like it.

Before anyone wants to argue that southern belle is only for white women: A Black upper class woman who values Black history and tradition. She is a supporter of Black owned businesses, and the preservation of Black history. She may be a graduate of a HBC and/or a member of the Black Sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha.
