This was my lunch today and mm I was so happy to have the dressing :’) I haven’t had it in so long and it was so worth the wait. It was 180cals buuut I went for a 2.60k walk which burned 276cals. In totals I had 158 cals
180cal Caesar dressing
310cal Venti espresso frap
Kiwi, pineapple, an orange and cucumber (I don’t count fruit and veg cals)

Today I found this lovely ice cream that’s ONLY 150cal for the WHOLE thing :’) it was so good and I have no guilt.

Breakfast: nothing

Snack before 8 pm: popcorn 260cal
