What Happens When You Imprison an Old Timey Strongman,
Born in 1888 in Lithuania, then part of the Russian Empire, Alexander Zass was an old time strongman circus performer who is now known as the “Father of Modern Isometrics”. Zass taught that the key to superhuman strength was not just weightlifting, but by strengthening the hands, wrists, and arms through isometric exercise. Zass was very strong. VERY STRONG. Just how strong was he? Working as a circus performer as “The Great Samson”, he would bend iron bars around his legs, neck, and teeth, break chains with his chest, tie bars into knots, he would appear on stage carrying two lions, or suspend a piano from his teeth. One time he even carried on his shoulder a piano compete with pianist and a dancer.
When World War I broke out in 1914, Zass was conscripted into the Russian Army in order to fight the Germans and Austro-Hungarians. In the midst of battle he was captured by the Austrian Army. While a prisoner of war, he quickly gained a reputation as an escape artist, making three escape attempts. On his fourth and successful attempt, the guards locked him in a cell, then shackled him to the floor by his arms and legs for good measure. One day, when the guards checked his cell, they were astounded to discover that he had broken his shackles, bent the iron bars of his cell window, and climbed to his escape.

Clothes advice aside this is horrible advice.
People who are overweight don’t need more sugary treats, they need to control their intake.
If they are overweight they quite literally need to worry about their diet. Being fat kills.
Drinking juice is just like drinking soda. It’s full of sugar and has no fiber so it just spikes your insulin.

Advice for overweight, chubby and fat teen girls this summer
If you wanna wear shorts…wear them!
If you wanna wear a cropped/belly top…wear one!
If you wanna wear a skirt…wear one!
If you want to wear a bikini or any swimwear….wear it!
If you want to flaunt your body but feel to ashamed….fucking do it anyways!
If you want to enjoy sugary stuff like ice cream and soda…just enjoy them
Don’t let any fatphobic fuckboys or neckbeards spoil your summer!
Don’t get stressed over diets. You don’t need to lose weight as you look great the way you are.
Though I will say….please wear plenty of sunscreen and try and drink plenty of juice as not only is it refreshing and keeps you hydrated. Juice usually has vitamins and is one of your five a day!

The average American woman is 168 pounds and 5 feet and 4 inches. Which is an overweight BMI of almost 29 ( A healthy BMI is 18.5 - 25 ). If you really do not think that is a problem then you are part of the problem.

That’s not gonna make you fat, what a ridiculous excuse.
Medically obese
I’m obese in part due to the fact that I can’t have a bowel movement unless I keep eating to the point that it has nowhere to go but OUT. I will literally be constipated all day and night for weeks and then it all explodes out, but only after I’ve created enough pressure and volume on the bowel.
Telling me to lose weight is telling me to suffer. It’s dismissing my medical issues and wishing me discomfort and pain.
I can’t have sex with a full bowel and neither can you.

Preach
Please, please, please don’t just think that “oh I don’t have major health problems right now so I don’t need to be concerned about my weight.” Please don’t only wait till weight-related health problems have gotten much worse and taken over your life. It’s heartbreaking to see people become totally ignorant to health issues caused by weight gain and insist that they don’t have a problem until it is too late. Any amount of effort or mindset change wherever you are in your life will benefit you in the future, don’t give up! We believe in you and want to fight for your health!

This is just insanity. Your body isn’t gone be healthier because add fat to it unless you are underweight. It’s not disordered eating to maintain a healthy body weight, it’s the exact opposite.
Indulging in your uncontrolled cravings so that you end up at some fat set point is disordered eating.
This:
hey guess what…..even if you’re at a “normal” bmi….you might need to ask yourself….”can i maintain this weight without any disordered behavior?” if the answer is no….that’s not your body’s set point..!! and you will function 8 million times better once you let your body settle where it feels most comfortable. it is okay to gain weight.

Except for that pesky diabetes, cancer, and death bit. Sure there’s no such thing as too fat.
There is no such thing as "too fat".
It’s ok to be fat.
