Heyo! Its 🌂 anon! Im so happy that you managed to finish it! The story is so good with the way you worked with the hermit per day order to form a cohesive story is !!! The darkrai reveal was honestly unexpected, the way etho didn't even battle jimmy was so funny. You popped off with all the scene drawings, the one where skizz was targeting everyone and etho's day was so fun I love the intensity of those moments . So many cool designs!!!! I love Zeds and Joe the most but its all so creative! The work was worth it, all of the days are so enjoyable! Thank you for all the hard work 💙!

Tysm, if I have to be honest I went into this AU with a vague idea of what I wanted the story to be and the month just kinda formed around that. Like, some fun facts for you about it just cause I’m still silently chopping away at the champion battle

1, Grian was supposed to be found on Gem’s day and have an entire alternate outfit based on his fishing look. He was going to be a water type gym leader WITH Gem so it was initially going to be a double battle of Tango and Jimmy vs Grian and Gem. This got scrapped because at the time I didn’t have the ability to translate that over properly without it taking forever and not being finished in time

2, I did not have an ending planned for this AU, not one bit. Because Grian was supposed to be found early, the Poe weren’t even something coming across my mind until I realized there needed to be some story going on of why Grian was missing for a whole month

3, At first, the gym leaders and elite four were going to be Mumbo (Grian), Hypno, Gem/Grian, Cub, Jevin, Scar, Cleo, and Keralis for gyms, and Ren, Joe, Wels, and Doc for E4. This got changed a lot because I wanted an even number of fighting and talking days, for my sanity, and a lot of those battles were clumped together

4, I came up with Joe’s design literally the night before, and I was working on his design while playing Dandy’s World. If that’s not Joe core idk what is

With the reveal of the last two E4 members I feel I gotta explain that Jimmy battling the Champion will not be happening in May, that’s going to be a project I do during June, which means it definitely won’t come out June 1st, just gotta save my sanity.
