ما أكثر الخطايا الإدارية التي نرتكبها كإداريين أغلب الوقت , ولكني هاهنا لخصت السبع خطايا الأكثر شيوعاً وعموماً في عالم المال والأعمال والتي تتمثل فيما يلي:

1-      الخطيئة الأولى: إهمال الهيكل التنظيمي (فربما لم نصممه من الأساس)

أما إذا كنا من الموفقين الذين صمموه فربما:

-          أهملنا تقسيم العمل والتخصص داخل الهيكل التنظيمي Specialization & Division of Labor

-          لم نضع تدرج سلطات سليم Hierarchy of Authority

-          لم نبني نطاق تحكم واضح Span of Control

-          أخفقنا في توضيح العلاقات والسلطات الإدارية Line & Staff Authorities

-          أسأنا إستخدام المركزية واللامركزية Centralization & Decentralization

-          جعلناه أكثر تعقيداً وأقل مرونه Flexibility & Complexity

-          تجاهلنا التحديث والتطوير المستمر Continual Development

نصيحة:

تعلم من أخطاء الغير حتى لاتضيع وقتك فى تصليح أخطائك
