Waiting for StrengthsFinder 1-1 video coaching call session with a client in India. Client is a lawyer in a legal department of a MNC and would like to be coached on her talent and strengths. She would like to have a better understanding on how to use her strengths to be more efficient at work and also understand her weakness. Her Key takeaway was that she had more clarity about her Talent theme “Responsibilty”, that no doubt she is always trusted to deliver, at times she must also learn to say “No” to prevent taking on too much responsibilities. Had an enjoyable StrengthsFinder workshop for JnJ Vietnam, Hanoi. StrengthsFinder Leadership 1 day workshop for NTU directors at malacca this March! We had an enjoyable time sharing about Strengths during NTU directors retreat in malacca. It was a hearty session and we saw faces lit up as participants get to understand more about each of their top 5 strengths and how it manifests at work. Through the various activities, participants also get to better understand the strengths of their teammates and how they can complement each other better at work! The synergy of the team is obvious as they exhibit enthusiasm and the eagerness to learn throughout the day! As a proud graduate of NTU, I am glad to be given this opportunity. Strengths School conducted a StrengthsFinder leadership workshop for the care officers in Singapore Prison Services end of Feb 2017. These officers took time off their normal job scope to be part of the care officers team and are activated whenever there is a crisis. Some of them in the midst are psychologists and prison wardens. 👍🏻 Through this workshop, the officers get to better understand their talents and how they can use them constructively in their work and also what are some of the times where their talent themes may obstruct them. Had a awesome 1 to 1 coaching with Jessica as we went more indepth into her top 5 talent themes and what it means to her. Jessica's favourite talent theme among her top 5 is her "Woo". "Woo" stands for "Winning Others Over." A person with this theme enjoys meeting new people and starting conversations.
