i have to tell you. i have been doing that, there’s been this thing thats been bouncing in my docs for like, 2 years. it’s Dark and Twisted and spans for a long time, bc — ofc— hubris on my end, bc im like that. every chapter is a frank ocean song. so the first chapter is titled Strawberry Swing, youth and spring and loooove etc, the last one is called End and so far i have that. title is Ink Black Sky after shikibu. but then i started encountering the need for actual characterization on getos side and i keep realizing like, i still dont get the root of this man —but im getting there, i think. also this shit is Too Long. my longest fic is laws of motion and that shits taking me forfuckingever to wrap up. so u can imagine how long this fucking saga will take. like a greek tragedy this one. also morally loose (which makes getos appeal very potent for me). ive been itching to do something dark for a while and this is like the perfect opportunity but ofc im staring at that file today and its staring right back and i quit it and opened the sims. ! ha
