They were raised to sneeze exclusively in stifles, accepting that it would always take at least five to quell the tickle, but that it was worth it to control the mess and the volume.
Until later in life, when they were approached and teased, before their peers and unintentionally humiliated, "Why don't you just let them out?"
All they can do is blink in confusion, How - How do I even...? Meanwhile, their friends are fast approaching with a pepper shaker. Fresh ground, oh god. "C'mon, try it!" As they poured the flakes into their palms and began to waft, they instructed, "Ah - and - choo! Okay?"
Yeah, I mean... it wasn't like they had never experienced build-up and reprieve, it was just that... A habit of a thousand - no, more than that - replays, how were they to break it?
They tried, given the watering of their eyes and violent flare of their nostrils, no one could deny that they had tried. The onlookers had lost count, their fingers inadequate for tallying this many. In the haze of their fit, they stumbled upon a clear realization. It compounded oh so cruelly: when it came to changing one's sneeze, practice did not make perfect. Practice made them tired, and when they were tired, what could one expect but to rely on tried-and-true methods?
With one hand, they waved off the attention of the growing crowd. With the other hand, they brought the back of their wrist to their nose and resorted to stifling, yet stormed off with determination to stop. No matter what. An expensive bouquet of the most irritating flowers, an entire box of tissues, and an old voice recorder. In privacy and for hours, they made themself sneeze until they could make their own sneeze.
After the first hour, they felt that their Ah - had reached an acceptable standard. After the second, the - choo was nearly textbook. It took longer than those sessions combined, though, to stitch them together.
When they managed a clear ah, it always ended with a stifle: ah - kssh! AH'tshh! Hah-itch!!
And when they focused on the ending, the inhale was left to instinct: nnt'choo! hih!chew~! ik'shuu!
Finally, Finally! They considered themselves close enough when they released an audible Ah'tshuu!
But that celebration was cut woefully short by the persistence of that tickle, the persistence of the fit. At the end and out of breath, What's the fucking point? They scowled. It still takes at least five.
#this is so tanner from ghost twins coded#i mean canonically he does sneeze like a kitten#i think about this all the time#fav posts

I love when someone sneezes in multiples and someone else blesses them twice, regardless of the number of sneezes. Just a cute, playful little “bless you, bless you!” in acknowledgement of the sheer amount of sneezes they just witnessed, as if they’ve decided the sneezer earned themselves an extra blessing for their troubles.

someone trying to stifle a sneezing fit they’re having only to make it last longer. each sneeze is wetter than the last and in no time each stifle is sounding more soupy and gurgly. each sneeze escapes between wet fingertips sheened with snot. each sneeze left open without a hand to attempt to press it shut resides in a pool in their palms. they are left with the dilemma of keep sneezing like this and making a mess over time or let it all out and make a mess now. they can’t win here. they now deeply regret their initial choice to stifle

People who get giggly over their own sneezes may actually be the cutest people alive.
(also the people who get giggly over other people's sneezes!)

sneezing in a quiet art gallery. the tall ceilings and wide open spaces make it echo loudly. looking around to see who is the source of all that sneezing. glancing around to see if anyone noticed you sneezing. mmmmmm.

Guys... please consider...
Two stubborn characters inducing themselves, or maybe even each other, in a competition to prove that the other is easier to make sneeze. Whoever sneezes first is the easier of the two, obviously.
And the longer it goes on, their noses just get ticklier and ticklier, and so itchy and so sensitive but-! They... they can't sneeze first-! Thehhh-! Won't! Even as they start to use different instruments.

Someone with a cold or allergies sneezing over and over throughout the course of the evening and into the night — at first, they kind of lean into/indulge in them because they’re a relief from the itchiness, but eventually, the sneezing becomes routine enough that they just sorta vaguely turn to the side and into their shoulder/talk right up until their breath goes shivery/etc. and just generally don’t acknowledge it as a thing that’s happening.

i meant like. in snz terms.
sorry i just saw this, i’m here like once or twice a month lmao
but to answer your question,
robot snz is cool and all but in terms of fnf robots/androids he isn’t really up there in my “i want to see them sneeze” list
that would go to either k.o.u. or qt
in fact when it comes to nonhuman snz i prefer aliens :)
