我一直喜歡一句話，靈魂是注定獨行的，每天我都會寫日記，而寫日記既是確認自己一步步走來的足跡，也是發掘自己每個時期的心跡，既是告訴自己也是激勵自己；一個人善良與否，決定了他將來是否有用，寬厚與否，決定了他將如何發揮作用，而能否不斷反省、不斷進步，則決定了他是否能持久向前，愈來愈有用；在某些行為上，我們之所以不夠自律， 並不是因為我們不懂得如何一步一步地去做，而是我們難以開始和堅持。我們常常問，愛有幾分，愛從來不需要我們相信，它就在那裡，不來不去，大愛從來無言，而痛苦，本來就是清醒的人，才能擁用的享受
