Back on track (hopefully)
Well that took quicker then I thought! Exercises start tomorrow! Only days rest I have is the weekend! Need to be hard if I want the results. Not going to do too many reps of anything to start with though, don't want to do any damage, best to build up isn't it :)

Sorry ....
Sorry I haven't blogged in a while, I've not been in a very good place. Back on the anti-depressants (yaaaaaa) but if it's going to help me and put my mind a bit more even then bring it! Also due to recent events I am no longer going to group (SW) BUT I am carrying on with the plan at home, being a little bit more easier on myself at the moment but I am going to get there slowly but surely. Physio starts in the new year so hopefully that will help as I'll be able to walk a bit better, hoping that I can get my knee strong enough to be able to run, but it may be one of those things I will never do, just got to wait and see if physio works and if it does where I can go from there. For now I am spending the rest of my night searching for exercises to do and putting them into a plan, let's get this weight gone!

Need Something Good To Happen ....
Yo! Sorry I haven't blogged in a while. Been going through a rough time and was rather busy yesterday. I had the chance to go down to London and see the Poppies at the Tower Of London! Was very lucky to have that chance but god did my knee kill yesterday. A little achey today but mainly stiff. Been feeling very ill again lately, so a trip to the doctors next week and get my "mot" done lol (for those that don't know/haven't heard that saying I'm getting my bloods done). Just with all this crap happening lately just wish something good would come along now! Fed up of the shit times, need some good times please!

Pissed off does not cover how I feel right now!
So today could have gone A LOT better then I had hoped! I go to the hospital to find out that my knee is completely buggered and there is nothing they can do about it apart from send me to physio in the hope that it will keep it from going for a while (even though it won't stop it completely). I then get to SW to find I had a gain. Not too bad though as it was only half a pound. It has been a very shit week though, due to worrying about my consultant appointment and plus suffering with depression doesn't help. I feel low I want to eat, really need to find something else don't I! Arghhhhh so annoyed! :(

So I've got hospital and weigh-in today! Hospital to hopefully find out if I need an operation on my knee or not and then to see how much I've hopefully lost this evening! Erghhh eventful day ahead!!
