I saw this rlly cute yumeship prompt on twt and redrew it as Lin and Heimdall also hiii starsight enjoyers!! I'm still here!! I love these two sooo so much. I recently got the GOW lore and legends book so It's been fun and tricky to try inserting Lin in there somewhere in the timeline...actually kinda hard since I have no ideas. Anywho umm I headcanon Heimdalls age somewhere between 200-300 yrs old. I think Lin would be around that age too.

Lore yap so Lin is an adopted giantess and I think the way she got her bifrost eyes is she was a guard or soldier for an important king. She's also quite a good engineer and artist. I'm thinking just like Týr and Mimir the giants trusted her a lot and gifted them to her. Her own magic from the stars just enhances her abilities too. Also kinda thinking she's able to make people forget their thoughts. Using that power drains her a lot though.

Finally finished my Heimdall x Lin portrait (their ship name would probably be starsight or something idk)

I realized I don't have a proper ship art between these two so I've just been working on this for over a month. I was inspired by that Thor and Sif tapestry that hangs in their room. I'll work on Lins reference sheet sometime next month so I can properly introduce her to yall lol

I've always wanted to redraw one of the bonding moments Atreus and Angrboda had in Ironwood. I drew one a very long time ago and maybe I'll share it someday. Anywho I decided to redraw the rock tossing scene. Also I only realized the pun on lovers "rock" midway through lol

Heyy!! I've been super busy with personal stuff but I'm back! I missed drawing so much, I haven't been able to make anything due to doctor visits and stressing out over getting a job lol. Heyy guys Im back, I've been recovering from surgery and I'm still not 100% but I managed to draw Heimdall again!! I've been enjoying the new Astro Bot game and especially the gow level so I've just been resting and trying to platinum it while doing some doodles here and there

Concept art for my oc Lin in her Asgard attire. I'm not really feeling the boots though. I rendered her in my other art style as well.

Also included a WIP of her and heimdall hanging out and flirting in either Vanaheim or Asgard I'm not sure yet.

Heres some brief info on her!:

Lin is a 200+ year old giant born as a shooting star in Jotunheim. She calls herself the giantess of the stars. Similar to Freyr, she spent most of her time wandering, mostly wandering the night skies of the realms. She meets Heimdall on Hrimthurs wall and their first couple encounters were quite sour. Their relationship is a slow burn one and only picks up during the events of the games.
