This is more an look into one of my most inspired artists Guillermo del toro . This book was such an beautiful explanation and experience into what makes him such an successful filmmaker , director and illustrator . His mind was so different and amazing to read into and more understand in his art and how he created or even got inspired for his piece and I love every movie and part in which he played in many things . So I guess this in itself is an appreciation post to say thanks for creating and helping me feel inspired to do art .

This is a design used for a group manifesto known as the jekyll and Hyde manifesto one in which talks about the good and bad in which can occur in a social event . My for instance is the want to make friends or to introduce myself yet the inability to speak . Throughout our manifesto we show a want or a good then the negative hence the name but it ending with but that's ok or we not alone to show that we all have issues but it's not a problem and that's why we did such to make people understand that we all human .

As added I decided to record part of my long journey from they place I stay to the uni campus . From this you can hear what I hear daily as I go on my travel. Certain sounds are a mental map to me which I find is an interesting thing about us how all sense can mark or map ideas and work. Such as the Lound screech of the train with thumps to me could mean the stop in the central lines and they are ab older line or even the doors squeak. What is not heard in this alot is the stories that get told from everyone in the train . The laughter the screams the huffs and puffs its all a map all a tale of where someone has been or even where they are going .it's interesting how to some a train is relaxing or even a hobby to me its just a need to help me get by a convince if so as the sounds will always be abhorred or muted by the music on my phone . But on the other hand because of it I see in a different view a window to the world showing me new things and places to go or giving landmarks of where I been . That is what the drawing is about inspired from a artist I did to show a map for myself keg de souza has a intersection mind to show landmarks like a train stop . It marks location and even then areas close for more landmarks a convince indeed to allow exploration and for the mind to wander whats at that stop ? Only one way to find out :) the second post is relying on the sense of sound more to guess or think what it sounds like so the screech of a train like nails on a chalkboard the speakerphone blaring safety to even getting help with which line to use . I wanted to test both mind and ears to see what I could hear or think about as an artist and doing a map and layout helped me do so . Studying the dèrive really opened a new page for me as it allows me to see with more then my eyes but also my mind and my senses it helped me be creative and thoughtful . It allows me to open it through a 3d perspective in a way to see in and out of how it looks as a foreigner to the sight and as an artist willing to express .

Walking after a storm is like metal finding looking for things that catch your eye I went into the forest to see the morning dew and birds waking up . But what I saw instead was amazing even a dead tree is a call that nature fights nature or even trees have an expiry date like us its something nice about knowing Everthing has a time and we all have to live our way . Then I found this tree hit by forces unknown but survived in such a beautiful way beautiful and unique . In this way I could only think that life it finds a way that a building torn or collsaped can even be the foundation of life or a tree hit still grows or let things grow around . So my main sight and knowledge today is life finds a way and it is not something to ignore or despise but to wonder and respect. Especially as an artist its something to ponder and be inspired by . Later in this walk I found a stone Bridge sadly no trill but still a nice piece of candy for the mind that it was created to allow nature to flow but for man to pass back when we wanted yo handle nature in a respecting way to us as equals. As such walkways we allow bushes or roses to grow but around us or even up in an arch to allow the beauty of nature to blossom and for us to observe and walk by. It may be the time of autumn in which is know for the dying or rebirth of life an d plants but they still live they still bloom one last time to say we meet again soon or I'm still here . Leading back to finding that spark to find a way .
Whilst on this stroll I discovered that mostly the old or mature tend to stroll and observe the place . In a way its irony the old meets the old trees older than us looking at the reflecting of those at the same or younger age . But to them we are all young but I hope like us we are interesting. A steel box was graced within the park for a while it seems as the main color has been tainted and removed by nature's wraith . But whats in the box ? Once again schrodinger has poisoned that thought in mind is there something in there or simple a mind tease to keep us going and creative .

There is something quite therapeutic about seeing empty to clear land to take In all the little details in new build or even webs growing and age hitting a piece of architecture a clash of man vs nature .

Through time the old nature is taken away from us and surrounded by concrete forests of noise and fog that to some nature is scary . As in the sounds of nature the call of a bird . What is it to a new person a sirens call ? Or still a beautiful song that brings relief . The crunch of leaves could make one anxious or satisfy the mind on who lives in the sound of trains roar . Everything is now packed and done for us how do we know what is safe and what could kill ? My dèrive is simply an old walk one surrounded by trees in a balance of fear and wonder of nature , to see it bend and winde trees around and to lure Berries to the once curious cat . But also the new modern can be what is a dèrive inspiration to the looming building and long alleyways to the constant traffic puzzling the pieces of the senses together . That is a derive to me a clash of life to new age creations a true melody and clash of colours bold or dull inspiring for different things . To say they are different is wrong as they do have such similarities the long empty walks of a forest could be an empty or even crowded walk in the tube lines both with an equal erie . So to say a derive can only be an open hike to me is wrong as new age u can get lost in a walk and even discover a sound or sight that makes u feel delight .
