basically what happens after is supposed to be like he gets actually sad, ends up dropping on the basement, close to the old room of Callie for some days, they are not actually looking for him, cause they just assume he being really immature and silently quit because of being scream at, but he's just really deep into headspace and like genuinely sad, not just playing the victim into the valid meltdown that Alex had, so someone finds him after like 3-4 days down there, takes him up the hospital to take a shower and like eat something, better if it's someone that doesn't recognize him at first, so it's not like, a anger discovery of him, just normal like, he must have gotten lost, and his caregiver didn't look for him, but he doesn't have a caregiver cause he grew up in a house of all neutrals, so it was just like, stop acting like a baby, so he didn't try being little, he did got one tho, in med school, but she end up being really mean, like abusive type of mean and like this guy or maybe Arizona that takes him up, takes him to the cafeteria and there were the others find him, alone in a table, all clean and normal but still deep into headspace so he's like eating something and Alex comes to apologize and George like flinches thinking he's gonna get hit, and they surrounded him and the Chief is there and tries to talk to him like where the hell were you do you want to be a good surgeon or what and he's just there with those eyes that got him the Bambi nickname , like staring up at him and tears about to fall, and saying nothing, so this person comes back, maybe not Arizona cause i don't know if that would work, and he goes like, sorry are you his caregiver I found him in the basement like an hour ago and they like stare at each other and someone ask George are you a little and thats obvious but still someone ask and he doesnt knowledge that they were talking to him until they snap and yell like George and he does the same like flinch and stare scared to who was calling him and i don't know what happens next
