As the Accreditation ends another activity had started, the signing of clearances; I was assigned to checked every students if they have liabilities in the library, It was being checked in the record one by one. In its kinda’ tiring for the whole day sitting and typing every name of the students... And the break is lunch which is not really 1 hour. And now I could say students are head aches. I never thought before that the signing of clearance is hard like this. I understand how the employee fells, so I decided that when its time for me to row in a line for my clearance to be sign, I will be more patient. :-)

September 17-19, 21-26, 28-30
In these days we are busy preparing for the AACCUP Accreditation. Finalizing all the necessary documents required in the Accreditation. The Accreditation proper was on 29-30 and I was assigned in whatever documents that Accreditors would request and also assigned in the documentation.
It was fun doing things that we never happened to experience yet and haven’t expected to do so. Though the overnights in the preparation for the accreditation are a bit tiring and stressful still the experience we gained in preparing those documents are worth it. We’ve new things and contributed in the growth and change of BU. I’m glad to be part of this Accreditation.

Ang aking pagiging artistic ay sinusubukan sa OJT na ito...and today ang task ay last minute of doing an art work para sa bulletin board..imagine hindi na nga ako artistic i need to finish it within 1 hour, because of the memorandum/communication has just arrived and ang event is for tommorow..kakaloka..... designing, letter cutting, and pinning the it at the bulletin board all alone.. nakakaloka.

Help in the circulation and reserved counter. Done encoding of the core collection with 73 pages, times new roman with 8 font size....Yung tipong tinitipid masyado yung ink and bond paper dahil walang supply... government nga naman.... At walang katapusang pag phophotoocopy ng mga documents para sa AACCUP Acred.
