Chapter 1: A NEW DAY part 3
Once the last delivery was made, Asmith returned to her bakery home. She parked her scooter and walked through the front door, the scent of baked goods still lingering in the air. She was back in her sanctuary, the place where the magic happened. As she began to prepare for the next day, Asmith couldn't help but feel grateful for the opportunity to continue her father's legacy and bring joy to her customers through her delicious baked goods.
Asmith was filled with excitement as she made her way to the kitchen to start on her next batch of treats. She carefully opened the windows and doors, allowing the inviting aroma of her baking to waft through the bakery and out onto the street. The scent of freshly baked pastries filled the air, drawing in passersby with a promise of something delicious in the works.
With a sense of purpose, Asmith walked over to the sign hanging on the door and flipped it from "Closed" to "Open", signaling the start of a new day at The Fruity Pantry. The customers started coming in and taking their seats, and Asmith welcomed them with a warm smile and a friendly greeting. She took their orders, making sure to listen carefully to their requests and answer any questions they had.
Asmith then headed to the kitchen to begin baking and cooking the goods. She took great care in preparing each item, ensuring that it was made with the freshest and highest-quality ingredients. Her expertise in the kitchen was evident in the variety of treats she made, including red velvet pandesal, ube cheese pandesal, pandan pandesal with ube filling, yema cake, pianono, ube mamon, crema de fruta, buko pie, and others. She even made desserts like biko, halo-halo, ube cookies, banana lumpia, leche flan, and others.
As Asmith worked her magic in the kitchen, the bakery came alive with activity. The customers chatted and laughed as they waited for their orders, enjoying the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The delicious aroma of baking pastries filled the air, tantalizing their taste buds and making them eager to try everything on the menu.
Asmith continued to work diligently, taking great care with each order and making sure that everything was perfect. She packed each item carefully, making sure that it was presented in the best possible way. As the customers received their orders, their faces lit up with joy and satisfaction, and Asmith felt a sense of pride and accomplishment knowing that she had made their day a little bit better.
Despite the hustle and bustle of the day, Asmith managed everything with ease and grace, making it a typical, bustling day at The Fruity Pantry. She was not only continuing her father's legacy but also creating her own, one baked good at a time.
As Asmith was absorbed in her work, she heard the bakery door chime, indicating a new customer's arrival. Turning around, she saw a tall bunny standing at the entrance. The bunny had a unique and fascinating appearance, with fur that faded from white to green, and eyes that reflected the lively color of emerald green.
The bunny wore green overalls and a white blouse, decorated with a green clover design, adding a touch of softness to his outfit. Asmith greeted the bunny with a friendly smile, ready to serve another customer in her bustling bakery.
As Asmith watched the bunny settle into a seat and peruse the menu, she felt a sense of familiarity. There was something about the bunny's demeanor, the way his eyes scanned the menu.
She couldn't quite explain it, but she sensed a connection, a glimmer of a memory, perhaps. For the time being, she put her curiosity aside and focused on her duties, ready to take the bunny's order when he was ready.
Asmith, a young and friendly girl, picks up a notepad and pen and walks towards a bunny sitting in the corner of her cafe. She greets him warmly, "Excuse me, sir. May I take your order?" The bunny looks at her with a soft smile before placing his book titled "Filipino Mythology" down.
She takes a closer look at the bunny and then, it dawns on her. "Bunzo?" she guesses, and this makes him chuckle softly. "Hey, Asmith! Did you miss me?" he laughs, and Asmith squeals in delight. "Oh, Bunzo, you came back!" She quickly hugs him, and he lets out a soft giggle.
After a few minutes of catching up, Asmith asks, "So how was it? Your vacation in Italy?" Bunzo gently gets up and adjusts himself, "Well, it was okay. And you?" Asmith jumps a little in excitement when she finally meets up with her closest friend again. "I'm fine! Oh my God, it's been months now, and here you are, getting a little taller than me now," she replies.
Bunzo smiles at her and says, "Hmm, that is good to hear." Asmith doesn't even notice his sign of affection. "So, are you hungry? I can make something for you for free," she asks as her tail wags in joy. Bunzo nods, "Well, I am a bit hungry, thanks."
Asmith goes to her kitchen, and Bunzo follows her. The two friends started spending time together as they helped each other in her place. They laughed, joked, and had a great time together.

Chapter 1: A NEW DAY part 2
In her cozy bedroom, a special female brown monkey with a long bushy ponytail and green streaks in her hair was engrossed in reading "The Tale of Empress Aurora". She was curled up in a comfortable armchair, surrounded by a warm blanket, a mug of hot chocolate, and a small plate of cookies, all arranged neatly on a small side table. The captivating story had her giggling and squeaking with excitement as she turned the pages, eager to know what happened next.
As she was completely absorbed in the book, her alarm clock broke the silence, ringing loudly. With a quick motion, she reached over and turned it off, signaling the start of a new day. She closed her beloved book, carefully marking her place with a small bookmark, and rose from her chair, stretching her arms and legs. She then walked over to her bed, which was neatly made with a fluffy comforter and several colorful pillows.
After turning off the alarm clock, the brown monkey with the long bushy ponytail made her way to the kitchen, eager to embark on her next venture. With a sense of purpose, she gathered the necessary ingredients, including flour, sugar, eggs, and butter, and began the delightful baking process. She skillfully measured and mixed the ingredients, ensuring that every element blended harmoniously to create a smooth and creamy dough.
As the dough took shape, she rolled it with precision, using a wooden rolling pin, creating perfectly shaped circles. She then used a cookie cutter to cut out little shapes, such as hearts, stars, and flowers, which she carefully placed on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. She repeated this process several times, creating a dozen or so cookies in total.
Once the baking sheet was full, she placed it in the oven, which had been preheated to the right temperature, with a warm smile. She set the timer for ten minutes and then sat down at the kitchen table, sipping on a cup of tea, while the tantalizing aroma filled the air.
Minutes passed, and as the treats baked to perfection, she eagerly awaited the moment they would be ready to share with others. Once the timer chimed, indicating the completion of the baking process, she opened the oven door and carefully removed the golden-brown delights. She placed them on a wire rack to cool, admiring their perfect shape and texture.
She then placed the cookies in a box adorned with a charming design. The box featured a delightful pink background, decorated with white dots and green stripes, reflecting her vibrant and playful personality. She tied a small ribbon around the box and then set out to share her delicious treats with her friends and family.
With the boxes neatly packed and secured, she placed them in her bag, ready to embark on her journey outside of her bakery home. Excitement filled her heart as she envisioned the smiles and delight her treats would bring to those fortunate enough to taste them. With a skip in her step, she bid farewell to her cozy bakery and set off into the world, eager to share her delicious creations with others.
The brown monkey hopped onto her green scooter with her bag of baked goods in tow. Inserting the key into the ignition, she started the engine, and with a vroom, she was off. Riding through the streets, she made her way to her customers, delivering her delicious treats with a smile. The wind in her fur and the thrill of the ride added to her excitement as she brought joy to those eagerly awaiting her arrival.
As the brown monkey navigated the streets on her green scooter, she glanced at her phone mounted on the handlebars. The digital map on the screen guided her to her customers' locations, ensuring she didn't miss a single delivery. The city unfolded around her as she weaved through the bustling streets, her destination getting closer with each turn.
Finally, she arrived at her first stop. She parked her scooter and dismounted, her tail swaying from left to right in anticipation. The house in front of her was charming, with a welcoming aura that instantly brought a smile to her face. She walked up the garden path, her steps light and eager, until she reached the front door.
Taking a deep breath, she extended her paw and pressed the doorbell, its chime echoing through the quiet morning. She waited patiently, her heart beating with the thrill of the upcoming interaction. The door creaked open, and an elderly sheep lady, Miss Lambna, appeared in the doorway. Her eyes lit up at the sight of the monkey girl, her excitement mirrored in the young baker's expression.
As Asmith Wukong approached Miss Lambna's home, she couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. She had always enjoyed delivering her baked goods to her customers, and the anticipation of seeing their delighted reactions was something she looked forward to every day. As she knocked on the door, a monkey girl greeted her with a bright smile and a twinkle in her eye. Her voice was full of cheer as she announced, "Special delivery for Miss Lambna!" Her words rang like a joyful melody, filling Asmith's heart with warmth and satisfaction.
Upon hearing the monkey girl's cheerful announcement, Miss Lambna giggled softly. Asmith couldn't help but smile at the old sheep lady's reaction. "Thank you, young lady, Asmith," Miss Lambna said warmly. "I see you have finally grown to take your father's place as the new owner of The Fruity Pantry."
Asmith's smile faltered for a moment as she thought about her father. He had been a kind and generous man who had always taken care of his customers. His sudden death had been a tragic loss for everyone who had known him. However, Asmith didn't let the sorrow overwhelm her. Instead, she found strength in the memory of her father, his love for baking, and his dedication to his customers.
"It's okay," she replied, her voice steady and her smile soft but unwavering. "I know my father is always with me." Her words, filled with determination and resilience, resonated with Miss Lambna, who nodded in understanding. Asmith then handed over the box of baked goods, and Miss Lambna's eyes lit up with delight.
The transaction marked the continuation of a relationship that had been nurtured over the years. Asmith had grown up delivering baked goods to Miss Lambna, and now, as the owner of The Fruity Pantry, she was continuing that legacy. With each delivery, she brought a piece of joy to her customers, fulfilling their orders with her delightful baked goods.
After the heartfelt exchange with Miss Lambna, Asmith returned to her green scooter. She climbed onto the seat, started the engine, and continued her journey. As she made her way through the streets, she delivered her goods to other customers, each one receiving the same level of care and attention that Miss Lambna had received. As the day wore on, Asmith's heart swelled with pride and satisfaction.
