KWON HYUNBIN is seeking LONG-TERM CRUSH!

Hyunbin has had a crush on this person for the longest time - for around a year now. The first meeting was by chance, a fleeting passing that had him turning around for a second look. It’s the sort where he thought he’s passed by a familiar face, but he’s not. And as Hyunbin watched them turned round the corner, their back view disappearing from sight, he would never had expected it to become a familiar sight.

They met once more within the week - the school’s opened, and he’s roaming with his friends, like he always did. And so did they - friends of friends. And their friendly smile and easy going nature quickly made Hyunbin attached. He liked the way they sling an arm around his shoulder, the way they laughed at his dumb but true episodes of the day, even the way they called his name.

And this attachment came a long way, he realized. But there was no way he could brave the courage to say anything. At least, not yet. So in between the shared laughter and Hyunbin’s slightly lingering eyes, the friendship remained, priority, over a fleeting shot at this unrequited love. 

But R=VD right? At least, he could dream.

ARCHIVE: PARK YIHYUN is seeking A COUSIN! ***DROPPED***

 A Japanese muse, being the only child of Japanese parents (biological mother deceased) and, after their father’s marriage to their South Korean step-mother, a firstborn with a younger half-brother/sister.

Their name should be something Japanese, with a Korean middle name, which was given after their step-mother legally adopted them.

Their father is an optometrist with a modestly average office, and their step-mother is a professional travel agent working at a relatively popular agency. The two of them met while he was trying to arrange a flight for an out-of-country conference, being extremely old-fashioned and less than tech-savvy. Although temporarily stationed in Natori at the time, their step-mother eventually fell in love with his clumsy, but earnest charms, and made the decision to live with him shortly after. (Their occupations can be changed if you wish.)

Originally from Miyagi Prefecture, the decision to move to Boseong was made when the Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami hit in 2011, although their family survived relatively unscathed, they lost their home and their grandparents’ health fell poorly due to stress.

Japanese is their mother tongue, but they are extremely, if not perfectly, fluent in Korean as well, being able to carry conversations with ease. In order to impress they mother (who already knew Japanese at the time), their father actually took the time to learn Korean during their courtship, and as a result, they grew up in a mixed-language household.

They moved to Seoul before Yihyun, and in order to convince her family of her relocation to attend university, they offered to house her for the first year. The duo ended up living together for two years, until Yihyun moved into a sharehouse in 2018.
