If my brain wasn't so fried rn I'd be specbio-ing all over the faewish sprites, but lucky for you all my motivation for art is in a ditch right now. So you get stream of consciousness musing. What the fuck is these things DEAL. I know magic and specbio don't really play nice together but faewish life cycles are sooo fucked up. Girlll. Starting life as an almost larval little thing, only to metamorphose into their adult form when exposed to the pollen of this one specific plant? These guys are bugs. They are bugs to me. I would let giroda eat the little specialty jelly cups you can feed to pet beetles and I think he'd like it.

there's a really funny 3d printing controversy going on btw.
if you don't know, there's a very popular 3d printing model out there called "benchy". this is used for benchmarking your 3d printer because it's a difficult print and will help test it out.
this is so widely used that people make their own little versions of it, remixing the 3d model to make benchy look cooler and stuff. however, a new company owns the benchy license. they are sending copyright takedowns to all those who wrongfully uploaded the benchy model.
of course, this is pissing off the 3d printing community greatly. everyone loved benchy and have used it for years. so someone on reddit decided to make a new model that is designed as a 3d printing stress test. one that works a lot like benchy, and people are freely able to edit it as they please. you know what they called it?

Would've been a whole lot better if Giroro crushes on Aki instead.
Just imagine the comedy gold of him unintentionally behaving like a father figure to ( a reluctant and not easily trusting ) Natsumi and Fuyuki ( he'd be so on board with having an alien for a stepdad, if he ever finds out at least ).
While also crushing on Aki so, so, so badly for being a strong & independent woman that she is.
