Is abundance gushing in your life? One of the biggest challenges I overcome on my journey to more abundance, prosperity, money, freedom and wealth was directing all my focus and attention to scarcity and lack. 🕺Not being good looking enough 💵Not having enough money ⏳Always feeling like I was short on time and telling myself the story that I didn’t have enough to spend time with friends 😠Always needing to be serious and “productive” because I wasn’t there yet and hadn’t achieved “enough” ❌Feeling like there was no other choice and “that’s just the way it is” 🌀Spiraling out of control with my addictions 💥Feeling unworthy and sabotaging things whenever they were getting good 💩Eating crap and toxic foods because I didn’t honor my body and temple ✌️Feeling like I was on my own unsupported by the people around me and that they didn’t understand me 💀Being disconnected from God and love pretending like “I don’t need any of that BS” when deep down inside I’m a frightened little kid Wherever you are on your journey, there’s probably some scarcity or lack running your life. What does it take to lead a seminar or workshop? What causes the audience to BUY-IN? There’s a lot that goes into it, but the biggest thing I’ve noticed is it takes being bought into YOURSELF. Sherri Simmons is a wife and a mother to her beagle K.B. She is the oldest of four children (two sisters and one brother) and the aunt tothree nephews. She has been an educator in the Chicago Public Schools for 13 years, where she has taught 3rd, 1st, Intermediate Math, served as an Assistant Principal, and is currently working as a STEM Integration Specialist. Is it just me or are people who value family happier? At one point I totally isolated myself, resented my family, fun and connecting to people in general. I was miserable and deep inside I was hurt and suffering but I didn’t know how to express myself. After years of getting uncomfortable letting people in, exploring my shadows and deepest fears and insecurities, I started to remember what is important to me. I’ve seen people around me who don’t value family and connection and to me, they seem disempowered, unfulfilled and unhappy. That’s why I stand for EVERYONE to know who they are, their values and their purpose in this life. That being said, at this point in my life, I can’t wait time on people who don’t want to change or don’t want to help themselves. All I can do is stay in my own lane, keep growing myself, and support the people who are raising their hand who want to change.
